Yunnan has a variety of arts and cultures.Folk arts have unique value and profound significance as art treasures,which need to be carried forward and inherited by each generation.The art appreciation course is an important way to cultivate aesthetic education.After investigation,it is found that there are common problems in the art appreciation course,such as unnatural background integration,simplistic display methods,easy knowledge transfer,and passive and inefficient learning of students urgently need to be solved.Augmented reality technology is a new technology.The scientific and technological methods are gradually applied to all aspects of education.The author tries to innovate the teaching mode of art appreciation courses,and uses the augmented reality media technology as a guide and helper to realize the value of augmented reality in folk art appreciation courses..Help students solve the problems of context integration,comprehensive observation,knowledge penetration,and interactive experience in folk art appreciation classes,and assist students to better appreciate and feel beauty in the process of learning folk art.The article focuses on the research of augmented reality and folk art appreciation.The full text consists of five parts.In the introductory part,the reason,purpose and significance of the topic selection are explained,the relevant literature and the current situation at home and abroad for the application of augmented reality in education are analyzed,and research methods and research ideas are proposed.The first chapter analyzes the reasons for the selection of folk art appreciation courses,and discusses the unique value and aesthetic characteristics of folk art,as well as the policy interpretation and practical significance of developing folk art courses.The second chapter summarizes the augmented reality technology,analyzes the application of augmented reality in aesthetic education according to the characteristics,demonstrates the necessity of augmented reality in aesthetic education,and provides reference for the author's design practice.The third and fourth chapters are the focus of this research.The third chapter analyzes the current situation of art appreciation courses in local elementaryschools through questionnaire surveys and field surveys,finds the problems and combines them with the technical characteristics of augmented reality.Analyze and propose corresponding solutions.The fourth chapter is to design and practice the augmented reality application in the folk art appreciation class based on the analysis of the fit between the augmented reality and folk art appreciation class and the reference to related application cases,and try to solve the common problems in the folk art appreciation class.Analyze the feedback effect and make a summary and outlook.
