In an era of rapid global development and rapid advancement of science and technology,it is necessary for every citizen to improve his scientific literacy and technological innovation capabilities.The primary school science curriculum is a basic course for cultivating the scientific literacy of primary school students.Experimental operation and technical creation are the main ways for students to learn,emphasizing the mutual connection and penetration of knowledge in subject areas.At present,in many primary school science teaching activities,most science teachers still adopt the traditional teaching mode based on teaching scientific knowledge,and students take listening to lectures as their main task in class.There are few teaching activities that truly allow students to conduct independent learning,cooperative inquiry and technological creation.STSE education advocates guiding students to conduct scientific exploration activities based on practical problems,so as to develop their abilities and consciousness in various aspects.It is a comprehensive and practical theory of scientific development.This article is mainly based on the analysis of domestic and foreign STSE education and science education related research,guided by constructivist learning theory,instructional design theory and interdisciplinary theory,using literature research methods,survey research methods and quasi-experimental research methods to conduct research.The main research work has the following four parts:First,the author has gone deep into the science classroom of primary school many times to understand the current status of science teaching in primary school,put forward the research questions,research methods and research ideas of this article,and at the same time,organized the relevant concepts and theoretical foundations of STSE education and science education.Second,through the analysis of primary school science curriculum,current teaching status,and basic elements of the teaching model,following the principle of integrating STSE education into subject teaching,a teaching model of elementary science curriculum integrated with STSE education philosophy was constructed.Third,for different teaching content,design teaching cases,select research objects,and carry out experimental research on the teaching model of primaryschool science curriculum integrated with STSE education concepts.Fourth,after the experiment,through the analysis of questionnaires,classroom observation records,scientific works and final grades,to understand the students' learning situation and the practical effect of the STSE teaching model.Practical research results show that the teaching model of primary school science curriculum built with STSE education concept is feasible and effective,which is superior to the traditional teaching model,which can stimulate students' interest in learning,improve students' level of scientific and technological creation,and cultivate students' awareness of environmental protection.In the next step,we will continue to study the model and continuously expand the scope of application of the research object,so that the model will become more perfect and can guide the front-line teachers in teaching practice.
