Research On The Relationship Between Social Capital,Knowledge Integration Capability And Collaborative Innovation Performance

With the rapid development of today's world economy,it is important for enterprises to make full use of resources,accumulate strength,focus on acquiring resources and make full use of them.By using these strengths,enterprises will gain a competitive advantage in the market.Social capital attracts more and more enterprises' attention,which is helpful for enterprises to increase the utilization rate of resources,and depends on the social network structure.Knowledge integration capability is the ability to collect and use knowledge required for long-term development.As market competition intensifies,innovation is becoming more and more important,and the importance of improving resource utilization and enhancing knowledge integration capabilities is becoming increasingly prominent.It is important for enterprises that to make full use of social capital to obtain resources and improve the utilization rate of knowledge and corporate performance.Based on the study of social capital and knowledge integration,this thesis believes that social capital can improve the collaborative innovation performance of enterprises,and knowledge integration capability can promote the influence of social capital on collaborative innovation performance.Based on this,this thesis builds a research model of the relationship between social capital,knowledge integration capability and collaborative innovation performance.This thesis sorts out the previous research literature and puts it as a literature analysis' s theoretical basis.By using questionnaire survey and statistical analysis,this thesis explored the relationship between social capital,knowledge integration capability and collaborative innovation performance through empirical research.First,this thesis sorts out the literature research on social capital,knowledge integration capability and collaborative innovation performance,which provides a theoretical basis for the following research.Then,the meaning of social capital,knowledge integration capability and collaborative innovation performance are given.The social capital and knowledge integration capacity are divided into dimensions.The social capital is divided into three dimensions: structural capital,relational capital and cognitive capital.And knowledge integration ability is divided into systematic ability,collaboration ability and socialization ability.Based on the research of scholars,a conceptual model is constructed,and the hypothesis of the relationship between the three variables of social capital,knowledge integration capability and collaborative innovation performance is proposed,which provides a basis for subsequent analysis.Referring to the scale design of previous scholars,a reasonable scale item was designed.Simultaneously,this thesis collects data by issuing questionnaires,and uses SPSS26.0 to verify the hypothesis by data analysis.Research conclusions show that social capital has a positive impact on collaborative innovation performance.And social capital has a positive impact on knowledge integration capabilities.Knowledge integration ability has a positive impact on collaborative innovation performance.And knowledge integration capabilities has a positive impact in the relationship between social capital and collaborative innovation performance.The knowledge integration capabilities plays an mediating role in the relationship of social capital and collaborative innovation performance.Finally,this thesis summarizes the research process and puts forward reasonable suggestions and prospects for future research.
