Scientific dispositions is an important component of students 'core dispositions.The main source of students' scientific dispositions is classroom teaching.Primary school science classrooms bear the key task of cultivating students 'scientific dispositions.The teaching dispositions of primary school science teachers determines and influences the quality and level of primary school classroom teaching,which determines the basis and future development possibilities of students' scientific dispositions.This research is widely concerned about the scientific dispositions of students in various countries around the world,and China proposes and implements the background of student development core dispositions.This research mainly consists of three parts: first,based on policy and literature research,constructing a model of science teachers' teaching dispositions in primary schools,and then put forward the direction of investigation;the second is based on the model of teacher dispositions,designing questionnaires and interview outlines Carry out investigation and research;third,analyze the materials of the investigation and research,draw the conclusion of the investigation,and put forward your own suggestions.Based on the connotation of teachers 'professional development in the theories of teacher professional development,the requirements of teachers' professional knowledge and abilities in "Primary Teacher Professional Standards for Primary Schools(Trial)" are used for reference.The "rocket model" of elementary science teachers' teaching dispositions including three parts: dynamic system,operating system,and orientation system: the dynamic system dispositions is characterized by the enthusiasm based on teachers' teaching efficacy and the driving force of teachers' continuous learning and professional growth.The operating system is related to the entire teaching practice activities,and is characterized by the abilities and methods in curriculum development and teaching activities.The orientation system has a value-leading role in teachers' teaching activities,and it is the teacher's understanding of the value of the subject and the understanding of the purpose and direction of the subject teaching.Based on this,research design and use the "Primary School Science Teachers and Teaching Status Survey Questionnaire" and interview methods to survey principals,understand the current basic situation of primary school science teachers,and understand school administrators' expectations for science teachers;meanwhile design and use primary school science Teachers' dispositions Survey Questionnaire(Teacher Questionnaire)and interview methods were used to survey primary school science teachers and collect the teaching dispositions status of primary school science teachers.The survey found that the status of primary school science teachers 'teaching dispositions is generally good,but there are also problems: there are a large number of part-time science teachers in primary schools,the male-female ratio in the teacher group is uncoordinated,and inter-school resource circulation is not smooth;The purpose and significance of education,the understanding of ideal science teachers and science education are highly consistent,but the understanding and behavior are not unified;the participation of science teachers in curriculum development of operating system dispositions is low,the awareness of independent design of teaching activities is poor,and in teaching Self-research consciousness is poor.It is found in the investigation of dynamic system literacy that the parties do not pay enough attention to science teachers and science disciplines,and the form of professional support for science teachers is relatively single.The suggestions formed by the study include:(1)From the perspective of improving the source and status of primary school science teachers,the government should increase teacher treatment and improve teachers' lives,and also increase master education and focus on pre-service training of science teachers;schools should increase science teachers Recruiting efforts must also give play to the role of principals and build school alliances.(2)From the perspective of the orientation system,science teachers should strengthen their awareness of action and unify knowledge and action.(3)From the perspective of operating systems,primary school science teachers must consolidate their awareness of reflection and summarize teaching gains and losses;strengthen research awareness and promote their professionalism.(4)From the perspective of the power system,the training of science teachers must streamline the training methods and strengthen the pertinence of training;teachers themselves must maintain a sense of competition,strengthen self-learning,and maintain their own advantages.In the related discussion,the research believes that the researchers in this study tried to teach a "crab eating" with the enthusiasm and courage of "newborn calves are not afraid of tigers",which was affected by various factors.There is room and possibility for further research.
