Study On Residential Satisfaction Of Apartments For Talented

In response to the national “Thousand Talents Plan” and “Million Plan” talent policies,various regions gradually introduced various talent policies after 2008 to help talents find employment,start businesses,and live in peace.As the capital city of Hubei Province,the capital city of Hubei Province,Wuhan City officially started to implement the “Millions of College Students” program in 2017,hoping to attract talents and retain talents from the aspects of settlement,employment promotion and entrepreneurship support.It is the most basic foundation for the settlement of various measures,and it is also the focus of the GuangzhouUniversity.In response to the housing policy,WuhanCity has established a talent apartment,which is rented to the university students and graduate students who meet the conditions at a price lower than the market price to solve the housing problem.In the process of promoting the housing of talents,it has achieved great results,but it also exposed some problems in housing condition approval,housing construction,maintenance and operation.This article starts from the dimensions of the residents(college students,graduate students)of the talent apartment housing,uses relevant theories,and takes the form of questionnaires to conduct research on various issues affecting residents' residential satisfaction.The field visit is located in Wuhan East Lake New Technology Development Zone.The four talent apartment communities adopt the entropy method as the main data processing method,and quantify the results of the questionnaires and compare them in different dimensions,in order to find the existing problems of the four talent apartment communities under the current operation status of Donghu New Technology Development Zone.And draw conclusions;(1)the implementation of the talent housing policy has effectively guaranteed the housing problems of recent graduates,and the residential residents' satisfaction with the residential area is generally above average.(2)Judging from the indicator of housing quality,the residents of the four talent apartment housing communities have little difference in satisfaction with various indicators.The lower evaluation is that the Financial Port Youth Apartment is because its living area is indeed smaller than other communities.The smaller housing area affects the housing quality of the home.(3)Judging from the satisfaction degree of property management,the residents of each community have different evaluations on the property level of the community.Because the vicinity of the Guanggu Youth Apartment is close to the school,the geographical life service near the school is relatively convenient.The scores were higher,the Huashan Talent Apartment was completed,and the facilities and services in the property and other aspects were gradually established and improved,and the score was low.(4)From the analysis of the location conditions,the common problems of the housing of the four talent apartments are as far as the urban area,but the advantage lies in the fact that the distance from the school is relatively close.And put forward corresponding suggestions on the conclusions.
