The adult women's volleyball team is the first-line team of China's women's volleyball team,and it is the foundation and guarantee for the Chinese women's volleyball team to remain in the world's first-class team.Yuan Weimin pointed out,"The road to winning the Chinese women's volleyball team comes from every training class." If the Chinese women's volleyball team continues to maintain its world volleyball advantage,it must adhere to the "three from one big" scientific training principle and pay attention to Density,intensity and quality requirements,improve the quality and effectiveness of each training class,and effectively improve the technical and tactical level and physical ability of each team and each member.This is the purpose and significance of this research on how the adult women's volleyball team in our country scientifically arranges the density and intensity of training courses within a limited training time and improves the quality of each training course.To study the 13 adult women's volleyball teams in China who participated in the "2019 National Adult Women's Volleyball Team Training" organized by the National Sports General Administration Volleyball Management Center using the literature method,observation method,test method,interview method,mathematical statistics method,and logical analysis method.During the training period,the on-site data statistics and monitoring were conducted on the organization density,practice density,heart rate,touch times and take-off times of the technical training courses.Through the analysis and research on the quality of training courses for the adult women's volleyball team in my country,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Lesson Organization DensityThe content of the training class includes warm-up activities,training time,explanation and discussion,organization and scheduling,rest time,and end of relaxation.The average total time is 179.9 minutes.The average density of training courses is 94.2 ± 2.8%,the maximum value is97.8%,and the minimum value is 88.4%.In general,the organization density of the training teams is basically more than 90%,and the organization of training courses is relatively compact and reasonable.2.Practice densityThe total duration of a training session is 179.9 ± 11.5 minutes on average.The practice time is 132.9 ± 15.5 minutes,the practice density of the class is 73.7 ± 5.6%;the individualpractice time of the team members is 89.1 ± 16.0 minutes,and the personal practice density is49.5 ± 7.0%.The external exercise load imposed on athletes during training is basically reasonable,which is an increase from the 2018 national adult women's volleyball intensive training class,and the training efficiency is higher.3.Heart rateThe average heart rate of an adult female volleyball player in one training session in China is 117.6 beats / min,and the average maximum heart rate is 164.5 beats / min.Total heart rate≥160 beats / min cumulative time is 3.8 minutes,accounting for 2.1%;heart rate 159-140 beats /min cumulative time is 28.2 minutes,accounting for 15.2%;heart rate 139-120 beats / min cumulative time is 60.8 minutes,accounting for The ratio is 32.8%;the cumulative time of heart rate ≤119 beats / min is 92.4 minutes,accounting for 49.9%.Research and analysis shows that although the training class has the requirement to achieve high-intensity sports training,the average intensity of the training class needs to be further improved.4.Number of touchesThe average number of touches of the adult female volleyball training class in China is492.3 ± 194.9 times,the maximum value is 931 times and the minimum value is 73 times.The average number of main attack,secondary attack,second pass,response,and free-person touch in a intensive training class were 442.7 ± 83.1,358.8 ± 179.0,700.8 ± 167.4,464.6 ± 154.4,465.2 ± 128.7.The gap between the average number of touches between the deputy attacker and other special players is obvious.5.Take-off timesThe average take-off times of adult female volleyball training courses in China are 159.4 ±63.6 times,with a maximum value of 308 times and a minimum value of 57 times.The average number of main attack,secondary attack,second pass,and take-off in a training class were 127.0± 51.5,154.8 ± 56.1,185.0 ± 80.4,and 165.0 ± 30.5.The data shows that there is still a large gap between the average number of take-offs in the intensive training class and the average number of take-offs in each special position compared to the number of athletes in the official competition(about 220).
