Research On Cultivating College Students' Socialist Core Values Through Art Carrier

As General Secretary Xi Jinping said in his report to the 19 th CPC national congress that "socialist core values are the embodiment of the spirit of contemporary China and the cohesion of the common value pursuit of all the people." Socialist core values are the condensation of the socialist value system and also one of the important contents of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.However,student still are supposed to practice socialist core values initiativly in their study and life.Art carrier integratesCore socialist values such as the purpose,task,principle and content of the ideological and political education,political views and ethics into works of art,so as to make them carry the content and significance of the ideological and political education information.They also function as tools,means and methods and serve ideological and political educators efficiently.With the help of a special form,art works play the role of guiding and educating people so that they can better achieve the goal of ideological and political education and complete the commission of ideological and political education.Through investigation and research,college students in Wuhan have a high degree of awareness of core socialist values but lack a deep understanding;they foster a good current situation but a single carrier;college students agree and expect to cultivate core socialist values with an artistic carrier.Colleges and universities use artistic carriers to cultivate core values of socialism with rich and excellent artistic works,good platforms for new media,and the spiritual and cultural needs of college students.At the same time,there are also unobvious values reflected in the works of art;the profitability of the operation of art marketization;the limitations of ideological and political educators' artistic literacy;and the lack of ideological and theoretical literacy of some art workers.Therefore,we can improve the artistic literacy of artistic workers and the artistic literacy of ideological and political educators;focus on enhancing the "popularity","depth" and "accuracy" to deepen the content of art carriers;rely on new media and other micro-movies,WeChat,QQ Emoticons and other methods innovate the propagation of socialist core values,with a view to improving the effectiveness of cultivating socialist core values,and making socialist core values ??become the leading values of universities and even the society.
