Put forward a new evaluation of the objectives and requirements of a new round of basic education curriculum reform of the curriculum,instant classroom appraisal as teachers in classroom teaching for students is the most direct and most frequent value feedback behavior,is an important part of the field of educational evaluation,but also implement the concept of new curriculum evaluation reform is of great practical position.The real-time evaluation of teachers in teaching can directly reflect the education theory of teachers,and also reflects the degree of realization in the teaching practice of the new curriculum evaluation theory to a certain extent,change the concept of evaluation of classroom teachers instant evaluation put forward higher requirements,therefore,the research and practice of the classroom the evaluation is urgent.This paper selects primary school education as the scope of the research object,by using literature analysis,classroom observation method,interview method and investigation,makes a comprehensive and deep study on primary and secondary school music teaching,classroom teachers instant evaluationactivities of the current school education,and combined with the quantitative statistical survey results and the qualitative analysis,from the current situation,problems and reasons of the analysis and elaboration,finally put forward the corresponding recommendations.The first chapter through literature analysis,the practice of establishing a theoretical basis and guide,mainly from four aspects of primary school music teachers instant classroom appraisal the connotation,characteristics,function and significance of the analysis and definition.The second chapter is a detailed description of the research design,data statistics and qualitative analysis of the survey,from the perspective of quantity and quality of the information obtained from this investigation and analysis of the two.The third chapter is based on the analysis of the survey results of the previous chapter,summarized the current primary school music classroom teachers instant evaluation problems and causes,including the two single and lack of evaluation,and from the perspective of teachers' evaluation concept and technology is not in place and other reasons.In the fourth chapter,the author puts forward someconstructive suggestions on the problems and causes of the study,including the diversity of evaluation subjects and the evaluation of the content.
