Research On The Optimized Countermeasures Of Shanghai Private Higher Vocational Colleges Enrollment

In recent years,the private higher vocational education in Shanghai has developed rapidly,especially with the implementation of a combined examination system of classified examination,comprehensive evaluation and multiple admission,the enrollment scale of private higher vocational colleges has been in a blowout trend,individual non-governmental vocational colleges have realized the leap-forward development of enrollment from 100 students to 1,000 students,and the continuous growth of the student scale has brought about the comprehensive development of non-governmental Vocational Colleges.However,under the increasing trend of enrollment scale,the development of non-governmental vocational colleges is also faced with great difficulties,which include both the external factors and the self-development of non-governmental Vocational Colleges.Civilian-run higher vocational colleges are an important part of China's higher education system,a key part of China's vocational education system,and also a standard development of China's higher education system,an important implementation guarantee for improving the fairness of education.On the basis of theoretical introduction,this paper makes an analysis of the enrollment of private vocational colleges in Shanghai by means of Investigation and research,and analyzes the existing problems in the process of enrollment of private vocational colleges in Shanghai,this paper probes into the main factors influencing the enrollment work,on the basis of which countermeasures and reflections are made,and puts forward some optimized countermeasures and suggestions for the enrollment management of private vocational colleges in Shanghai.Combined with the case of its management mode of enrollment,this paper analyzes the management mode of enrollment of private vocational colleges in Shanghai,optimizes and improves it,so as to improve the management level of enrollment of private vocational colleges in Shanghai.Based on the analysis of successful cases at home and abroad,this paper gives the valuable experience of improving the management level of enrollment,which has certain theoretical and practical significance for the improvement of enrollment management level of private vocational colleges in Shanghai.
