In the context of economic globalization, cultural diversification, and information networking, with the continuous improvement of people's material living standards, people's needs for spiritual culture have also increased. This has led to the development of social forms and lifestyles in a diversified direction, which has also gradually changed people's values, mental states and behavior habits. These changes are a double-edged sword for college students who are in the youth stage. They will enhance the sense of autonomy, competitiveness and innovative spirit of college students, but at the same time,it will inevitably cause college students to breed individualism and enjoyment. And other bad tendencies, and in the process,a new attitude and lifestyle of life emerged, that is,the "Otaku" life. The appearance of this "Otaku" life is the manifestation of college students 'own hobbies and daily life, but it has actually caused double troubles to college students' lives and mental health. In this paper, through a review of the literature and an understanding of the actual situation of college students,a questionnaire for college students' "Otaku" life was compiled, which combined the general mental health level(GHQ-20).Based on Bandura's social learning theory,Maslow's demand theory and other related theories, the four variables of behavior house, enjoyment of house, poor socialization, and unwillingness to go out were extracted to construct the influence of "house" life on the mental health of college students Factor research model and ten hypotheses based on the initial model.First,in order to ensure the reliability and rationality of the questionnaire design,a preliminary pre-survey is required, and the pre-survey data is tested for reliability and validity.Second,at the end of the formal survey,a descriptive statistical analysis of the basic information of the respondent and the status of the "Otaku" phenomenon. Finally, the structural equation model is used to study the factors that affect the mental health of college students. The research model is used to test, evaluate, and modify, and finally obtain the relevant hypothesis test results.Through empirical analysis, the following conclusions are obtained: first, there is no significant difference in gender, grade, and monthly living expenses on college students' confidence level, depression level, and anxiety level. However, there are significant differences in personality,self-assessment whether "Otaku",time of Otaku, and different degrees of "Otaku" on college students' level of self-confidence,depression,and anxiety.Second, college students 'behavioral Otakus and poor social interactions have a positive impact on college students' mental health scores, but have a negative impact on the psychological health of college students.Among them, poor social interactions have the greatest effect on the level of mental health. There is a positive effect;unwillingness to go out has no significant effect on the level of mental health of college students, but unwillingness to go out to act in a positive way.Third, active Otaku are not the same as passive Otaku.ActiveOtaku are mainly affected by bad social and enjoyment Otakus, while passive Otaku are affected by behavioral Otakus and bad socials.
