With the increasing development of China's economy and the main industry restructure,a large quantity of farmers leave their hometown to do business or work in other places,which causes the existence of left behind pupil in rural areas.Because the left behind kids have not seen their parents for a long time,these children are not look after,and lack of care in such aspects as life and learning,emotional psychology and moral behavior.The lack of care also leads to serious physical and mental problems.Over time,it also has a negative impact on the health of the left behind children,It also brings big economic pressure and burden to schools,government and society.The dissertation,from the perspective of moral teachers,takes the humanistic care of left behind children as the starting point,analyzes the shortcomings of moral teachers in teaching content,extra-curricular care,classroom effect and teaching evaluation on left behind children,and analyzes the reasons from the aspects of teachers' knowledge level,understanding level,teaching methods,teaching content and school emphasis,This thesis throw out some targeted suggestions from the side of improving the quality of the teachers,taking the left behind children as the main aspect,establishing a lively classroom and improving the working mechanism of the moral lesson,which will help to improve the teachers' awareness of humanistic care for the left behind children and the level of Education and teaching,and promote the effective reform of the moral lesson classroom,Making the content of classroom teaching more substantial and purposeful,and the design of teaching more referential,will help teachers better teach courses and textbooks,teach students in accordance with their aptitude,and focus on special groups.At the same time,it is beneficial for schools to pay more attention to special groups,improve the education and teaching circumstances,and improve the education standard.It is also in favor of left behind children to grow better and make the society more harmonious.
