Recent years,the government had supported the traditional ethnic sport activities vigorously,in that way,the distinguished Chinese traditional culture could be incorporated into secondary education,and the intangible cultural heritage of the She ethnic group' fork sports could be spread into school life as well as the condensed situation of curriculum management process could be improved tremendously,in addition,the authorities carried out the tertiary course administration system into country,district and school,it will enhance the district,schools and students' adaptability to curriculum,in such a case,the development of secondary physical education school-based curriculum became a significant part to the basic education curriculum reform gradually.In Fujian province,the She ethnic group makes a giant share(51.5%)of total population in China and heads on the list compared to other provinces,it is mainly concentrated in the Ningde city,takes a proportion of 59.7%.this project of developing the She ethnic group folk sports in Fujian Nationality Middle School is possessed of momentous curricular value and practical guiding significance.Nevertheless this project of opening ethnical physical education is few enough in all conscience,as a matter of fact,the pivotal of being productive in the reformation is maturing proper school based curriculum for the students in the She ethnic cluster to study,this paper gives priority chiefly to the four fields below:(1)As the current circumstance of the She ethnic group folk sports in Fujian Nationality Middle School,taking the She ethnic group school based curriculum as analysis simple,it could be categorized as objective design,content selection,organization method,course commentary and other aspects.(2)As far as the practical situation of the She ethnical sports school based curriculum in Fujian Nationality Middle School concerned,the normative statement should take positive statement as the orientation to present the current operation statues.There are some issues to be discussed like actual condition of project development,the positive statement reach the expectation or not and if it still remained the division.Therefore the research launching individual investigation and questionnaire through four parts,the cognition,intellectual,capability and practice effect in ethnical cluster school,after analyzing the data,then making a comprehensive report to the present circumstance.(3)As far as the current circumstance and the practical situation of the She ethnical sports school based curriculum in Fujian Nationality Middle School concerned,there are several drawbacks,first of all it is evidently that the P.E teachers are lacking of consciousness to develop the school based curriculum of the She ethnic group' folk sports,and the coefficient of physical education curriculum utilization seems to be in a low rate,besides,this mode of development project in school is too simplified while there is an obvious shortage in facilities curriculum development and leadership abilities,as well as the evaluation system of school based curriculum is not equipped enough,moreover,the She ethnic group folk sports term has not formed the individual brand yet and so on.(4)To analyze the strategy from improving implementation of the She ethnic group folk sports school based curriculum,I put forward a series of applicable proposals for it,firstly,the school departments should strengthen awareness of curriculum development and the utilization of course resources;in addition the facilities should bring forth new ideas in content exploration;in the third place,enforcing the P.E teachers abilities of curriculum application;the next,optimizing the assessment system of school based curriculum,what's more,the authorities should set up the consciousness of ethnical curriculum characteristic brand,combining all those suggestions together,the fully utilization and development of ethnical school based curriculum resources in Fujian Nationality Middle School will be guaranteed.
