In the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China's economy has developed rapidly and entered a new stage of development.There is a growing demand for skilled talents in all walks of life,and the position of vocational education is more prominent.In the future,the development of vocational education is also the only way.The promulgation of the national vocational education reform implementation plan and the regulations on vocational guidance work in secondary vocational schools all reflect the importance attached by the state to the secondary vocational education,especially the vocational guidance.The research on vocational guidance education in typical national demonstration secondary vocational schools has certain reference significance for vocational guidance in general secondary vocational schools.This study investigates the implementation of vocational guidance in three national demonstration secondary vocational schools in Tianjin,summarizes their advantages and existing problems,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures after analyzing the causes of the problems.The specific research content is divided into the following five parts:The first chapter is the introduction.This part mainly introduces the background,significance,research methods,the definition of core concepts and innovation of this study.The second chapter is the theory and research status of career guidance at home and abroad.Based on the theory of typical career guidance,this paper analyzes the current situation of career guidance at home and abroad,among which the foreign countries are the United States,Germany,Japan and the United Kingdom.The third chapter is the basic situation of the research design and the analysis of the causes of the problems.Firstly,it introduces the content of research design,including research purpose,research tools,research objects and questionnaire survey;secondly,it introduces data processing and analysis;thirdly,it introduces the survey results and analysis,including six dimensions of questionnaire: Students' vocational psychological preparation,students' understanding of the necessity of vocational guidance,school vocational guidance education content,school vocational guidance education Methods,students' satisfaction with vocational guidance,students' expectation for vocational guidance were analyzed.In addition,there were correlation analysis and regression analysis.Finally,the current situation and reasons of the implementation of vocational guidance in the three national demonstration secondary vocational schools were analyzed from the overall perspective.The fourth chapter is the development strategy of vocational guidance in secondary vocational schools.Different countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of country,school and students.Among them,the state should build a vocational guidance system that meets the requirements of the industry standards and vocational standards in the new era,and promote the establishment of a tutorial system(or one-to-one)vocational guidance mode;the school emphasizes that vocational guidance runs through the whole process of secondary vocational education,enhances academic guidance,trains professional academic planners,encourages secondary vocational students to start businesses,and strengthens practice and enterprise cooperation Improve the pertinence and effectiveness of vocational guidance,strengthen the construction of vocational guidance teachers,give full play to the role of the head teacher;students should improve their professional cognition,help students plan their career development,and promote the development of their professional ability.The fifth chapter summarizes the vocational guidance of the national model secondary vocational school from the overall perspective.
