Research On The Countermeasures For Women's Social Promotion In The New Era

In the long development process of human history,women have always played a pivotal role.Marx once pointed out,"There can be no great social change without women's enzymes,and social progress can be accurately measured by the social status of women." At present,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and Xi Jinping also pointed out that the creators of material and spiritual civilization are important forces driving social development and progress."So,in the new era,how can we better help women tap their own potential,realize the value of life,and play a greater role in the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation the role has become a new topic of the times.This article is guided by Marxist theory and draws on the research methods of pedagogy and sociology to study the promotion of women's social status in the new era.The thesis firstly defines relevant concepts and theoretical foundations by combing domestic and foreign research literature;secondly,it expounds the significance of women's social status improvement in three aspects:women's participation in the labor market,social participation and contribution in the modernization process in the new era;By comparing and sorting out the changes in the social status of women in different periods in China,the issues of women's social status in the new era,such as low economic participation of women,limited overall political participation,and lack of gender awareness education,were discussed.The three aspects of equality,the adverse effects of traditional gender culture and the weak female autonomy consciously analyzed the reasons for the problem;finally,the paper proposed that the government and enterprises should jointly share the cost of unpaid labor for women to promote fair employment,and cultivate women througl,education and guidance.The group gradually formed the self-esteem,self-love,self-reliance,self-improvement spiritual temperament,wich the help of Online media,and the active role of online public opinion to further promote the promotion of female social status in the new era.
