Study On Labor Factor Income And Its Influencing Factors In China Under Global Value Chain Division Of Labor

Under the division of labor of global value chain,trade benefits have a new connotation and measurement method.Compared with the traditional trade measurement method,the method with added value as the statistical scope can more accurately reflect a country's trade benefits.In addition,with the continuous vertical and horizontal development of international division of labor,the nodes of division of labor are gradually refined,which is manifested in the international division of labor with production factors as the nodes.As the "factory of the world",under the division of labor of global value chain and based on the value-added trade accounting system,China's trade benefit measurement based on production factors can more accurately measure China's trade benefit income.In addition,the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China indicated that promoting the rationality of income distribution of factors of production and increasing the income of labor factors are the key points for ensuring and improving people's livelihood in the new era.Based on this,under the global value chain division of labor,this paper studies the labor factor income and its influencing factors in different industries in China,which is of great significance to the improvement of labor factor income in China.Based on the MRIO model and the income distribution model of factors of production model,this paper measures the income of the whole and each skilled labor factor of Chinese industry and analyzes the influencing factors of labor factor income.This paper is divided into seven parts: the introduction part describes the research background and significance,literature review and research ideas of this paper;The first chapter is the theoretical basis and the influencing mechanism,which expounds the theories related to the income distribution of production factors and the influencing mechanism of the income of labor factors;The second chapter is the analysis of the development status of labor factors in China under the division of labor in global value chain,narrating the development status of labor factors in China from different angles;The third chapter is the construction part of the MRIO model and the distribution model of labor factor income under the division of global value model,which provides a mathematical basis for the measurement of labor factor income and other indicators;The fourth chapter is under the global value chain division of our country labor income measure part.This part firstly the measure of the added value of exports and the added value of exports rate in China.Secondly,it measures the proportion of income distribution of factors of production in various industries.Finally,the income of labor factors in various industries in China is measured at the level of whole and each skill labor factor;The fifth chapter is the empirical analysis.Through the FE estimation model,it explores the influence direction and degree of the four factors on the income of labor factors;The sixth chapter is the conclusion and policy Suggestions,which summarizes the main contents of the previous part,and puts forward some targeted policy suggestions combined with the empirical part on improving the income of labor factors in China.
