In 2013,China put forward the development strategy of building "Silk Road Economic Belt" and "21st Century Maritime Silk Road",which provided opportunities for China's sports intangible cultural heritage to enter the world stage.It bears the spiritual civilization of all ethnic groups and needs to be protected and inherited.The development and promotion of sports intangible cultural heritage also promotes the "the belt and road" initiative to carry out more comprehensive interactive cooperation with countries along the line through sports cultural exchanges.With the support of GIS technology,this paper uses the methods of literature review,data statistics and logical analysis.On the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the geographical distribution characteristics of 319 sports intangible cultural heritage in 18 provinces through which the initiative of "the belt and road" passes,and in combination with the influencing factors and existing development difficulties,this paper explores the causes of the formation of sports intangible culture and the laws of its development and change.The research results are beneficial exploration for perfecting the theoretical system of sports culture,and have important practical significance for promoting the exchange and dissemination of traditional Chinese sports culture and realizing the strategy of cultural power.The distribution density of the provinces and cities along the strategy varies greatly and has obvious regional characteristics,forming Zhejiang's high-density core circle,a secondary core circle with Shaanxi,Gansu and Ningxia as core areas(hereinafter referred to as Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia secondary core circle),a Chongqing secondary core circle,and a small core circle with Jilin,Heilongjiang and Liaoning as core areas(hereinafter referred to as Liaoning-Jilin-Heilongjiang small core circle),accounting for more than 50%of the distribution in the buffer areas of roads,railways and rivers.The first part is to summarize the structural characteristics of sports intangible culturalheritage.The second part is to elaborate the general situation and characteristics of the geographical space distribution of sports intangible cultural heritage through GIS.The third part is to analyze the influencing factors in the distribution areas of China's sports intangible cultural heritage along the "the belt and road".The fourth part is based on "the belt and road" as the background,combined with the own characteristics and distribution characteristics of all sports intangible cultural heritage projects,aiming at the difficulties faced by the protection and inheritance of sports intangible cultural heritage in various regions,scientifically planning the development path,and taking Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia sub-core circle as an example to carry out sports tourism route planning.The results show that:1.The provinces along the "the belt and road" have 319 sports intangible cultural heritage items,including 58 items at the national level and 261 items at the provincial level.According to the research and design,combining with the characteristics of sports intangible cultural heritage items,319 sports intangible cultural heritage items are classified into 10 categories,such as folk entertainment category and martial arts category.According to the average nearest neighbor analysis,it is concluded that the distribution of sports intangible cultural heritage in all provinces along the "the belt and road" is characterized by agglomeration,with various types,large differences in quantity and uneven distribution in all provinces.2.The main distribution types of sports intangible cultural heritage resources in various provinces along the "the belt and road" are different,with obvious regional and national characteristics.The distribution of sports intangible cultural heritage resources is affected by the natural geographical environment,local folk culture and economic development level of the provinces.3.Strategies:(1)Joint development of various sports intangible cultural heritage circles,expansion of radiation scope,formation of linkagemechanism and enhancement of international influence;(2)Give full play to the government's promoting role in the protection and promotion of sports intangible cultural heritage,and formulate relevant protection and development policies to strengthen the dissemination of sports culture in China and expand its scope of influence;(3)Deepening the construction of cultural behaviors of sports intangible cultural heritage and excavating the cultural connotation of sports intangible cultural heritage items;(4)Cooperate with local 5A scenic spots,integrate sports intangible cultural heritage resources into scenic spots,and create the route of "Silk Road Sports Intangible Heritage Tour".
