Research On National Traditional Sports-Development:Based On Background Of The Belt And Road Initiative

In the national traditional sports and the Belt and Road Initiative(hereinafter referred to as B&R)as the research object.This study using the literature material mothed,logic analysis and narrative analysis,according to the modern western sports globalization,national traditional sports development crisis,current situation of research and development of the foreign national traditional sports,based on the some concepts about B&R,to probe the enlightenment,opportunities,motivation and general plan for the development of the national traditional sports around the world under the background of the B&R.At first,combining with historical materialism,this paper argues that the crisis of national traditional sports is the person's ability to use national traditional sports to reach their goals need to liberate,remains to be improved.By analyzing the current situation of the research and development of foreign national traditional sports,found that "national traditional sports development" has in fact is a global problem,global within the scope of the national traditional sports has a same situation and with the same development demands.The enlightenment from concept of human destiny community in B&R is each community,nation,countries should strengthen the awareness of "community",and to establish the dialogue relations and cooperation mechanism,unite to promoting the development of national traditional sports.The enlightenment from concept of inclusive globalization in B&R is national traditional sports should be active practice the globalization based on the diversified development,relevant community,nation,countries around the world should strengthen cooperation and mutual connectivity,to promote the unity of the globalization and diversification on national traditional sports.The second,the unity of the globalization and diversification is a rational choice based on the real development experience of national traditional sports.Along with steadily pushing B&R,national traditional sports will get a opportunity to transform the main body and "collision object".In other words,most of the relevant community,nation,countries all over the world will convert to a highly relevant and interactivecommunity of people.In addition,keep up with the trend and call of the exchange of mutual learning different civilizations,through multiple display,learn each other mutual learning,learen from other's strong points to offset own weaknesses,as well as exchange of needed culture or ideas.This is good for the world's national traditional sports for culture consciousness,refactoring characteristics,reshaping political,economic and cultural identity.The third,explore the national traditional sports and it's development from the perspective of "social identity",the development of national traditional sports will obtain three aspects impetus under the background of the B&R: the impetus to set up political identity,the impetus to strengthening economic identity,and the impetus to highlight cultural identity.The fourth,according to the development opportunity and impetus,put forward the general plan for development:(1)To promote the concept of "community of destiny" spread and identity,clear the interrelation of development of the national traditional sports,promote related personnel to establish cooperation and communication relationship.(2)To expand a variety of ways to cooperate and communicate: a.National traditional sports public diplomacy.b.National traditional sports industry cooperation platform.c.Multiple display and mutual exchange national traditional sports.d.Promote academic exchange,cultivation of talents about the national traditional sports.
