The sense of teachers' work engagement is "a mental state in which teachers love and enjoy their work,focus on integration,active exploration and dedication in their work,characterized by concentration,vitality and dedication."Social and national requirements for teachers need teachers to devote themselves to education.The psychological particularity of junior middle school students and the rise of positive psychology make scholars turn from studying teachers' job burnout to studying teachers' work engagement.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the work engagement of junior high school teachers to improve their work enthusiasm,work performance and promote the development of education.On the basis of previous research on Teachers' work engagement,166 junior middle school teachers in a city were investigated by questionnaire.Combined with the interviews with junior high school teachers in a city,the main researches were as follows: 1.Investigation on the current situation of junior high school teachers' work engagement;2.Result Discussion on the current situation of junior high school teachers' work engagement;3.Put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve junior high school teachers' work engagement.Through SPSS18.0 analysis of the data,it is found that the average value of work engagement of junior high school teachers in city a is 3.775,and the overall level is above the middle level,but it does not reach a good level,and the performance of the dedication dimension of job involvement of teachers is the worst.There are significant differences in teaching age,age,professional title,education background,urban and rural and monthly income,which are mainly manifested in the following aspects: the middle part of teachers' work engagement in junior high school collapses in teaching age,age,professional title,education background and the highest honorary title;the work engagement of township teachers is significantly higher than that of urban teachers;the income level affects the work investment of junior high school teachers The difference of teachers' work engagement between 6-12 and 13-20 is significant.After the discussion and analysis of the above differences,combined with teacher interviews,the paper analyzes the reasons for improving teachers' work engagement.Finally,combined with the analysis results and reasons,from the aspects of improving the supervision and support,establishing an effective performance pay system,establishing a fair and standardized professional title system,and building a social support network,the national and social levels;improving the leadership of principals,improving the management system and paying attention to the psychology of teachers and other school levels,as well as establishing a good professional outlook,improving professional ability,adjusting mentality and establishing a good Teachers' educational interpersonal relationship and other three aspects of their own put forward more systematic countermeasures and suggestions. |
