Psychological quality is an important part of students' quality structure.Junior high school students are in the critical period of their youth development,so it is particularly important to ensure the healthy development of their psychological quality.Football is one of the important activities vigorously carried out on campus in China.The good competitive environment and teamwork in football matches can cultivate the adaptability and bearing capacity of high school students' healthy psychology.In order to understand the impact of campus football training on the psychological quality of junior high school boys,this paper uses the "Concise Table of Psychological Quality of High School Students" to apply to the 137 boys of four junior high schools who participated in the training of the campus football team and the 147 boys who did not participate in the training of the campus football team A questionnaire was conducted.Independent sample t test was performed on the total scores and scores of the psychological quality of male students who participated in the training and non-participation in the junior high school.The total scores and weights of the psychological quality of male students of different grades and years of training in the junior high school were tested.Table scores were analyzed by one-way ANOVA.The results are as follows:1.The total score of junior high school boys' psychological quality is 140.34 points.The scores of each scale are: 36.33 points for cognitive quality scale,35.07 points for personality quality scale,and 68.94 points for adaptability scale.2.The total scores of boys in junior one,junior two and junior three were 137.94 points,141.22 points,and 144.81 points,and there were no significant differences between grades(P>0.05).The total psychological quality scores of boys in the second and third grades are respectively: 134.52,136.31,and 139.77.There are no significant differences between grades(P>0.05);"Participate in training" boys in the first,second,and third grades The total psychological quality scores were: 143.63 points,144.80 points,and 149.68 points.There were no significant differences between grades(P>0.05).3.The total scores of junior high school boys' psychological quality of "participating in training" and "non participating in training" were 144.98 and 136.02,respectively,there was a very significant difference between them(P<0.01);the total scores of junior high school boys' psychological quality of "participating in training" and "non participating in training" were 142.63 and 134.52,respectively,there was a significant difference between them(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).4.The total score of psychological quality of junior high school boys in "training for two years and below","training for two years to three years" and "training for three years and above" is 139.77,145.74 and 152.50 respectively.There was no significant difference between "two years of training and below" and "two to three years of training" groups,"two to three years of training" and "three years of training and above" groups(P>0.05).The score of "two years of training and below" group was lower than that of "three years of training and above" group,and there was a significant difference(P<0.01).Research conclusions:1.There is no significant difference between different grades of junior high school boys' psychological quality.The third grade boys' psychological quality score is the highest,followed by the second grade boys,and finally the first grade boys.2.Junior high school boys' participation in the training of campus football team can promote their psychological quality,and campus football can be an effective means to enhance the psychological quality of junior high school boys.In all dimensions,the training of campus football team has a good effect on the cognitive quality,personality quality and adaptability(ability)of junior high school boys.3.With the increase of training years,the psychological quality of junior high school boys participating in campus football training is also improving,and the effect is significant.
