Research On Inclusive Development And Realization Path Of Mass Sports Events In Dalian

At the fifth plenary session of the 18 th CPC central committee,and in the report to the19 th CPC national congress that followed,the five development concepts of "innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing" were put forward,while further emphasizing the need for unswerving implementation of the five development concepts.The five development concepts are coupled with inclusive development,and the inclusive development model and the five development concepts have an all-dimensional unity.The focus on seeking common ground while shelving differences in inclusive development fully reflects Shared development and is consistent with the development goal of people-centered mass sports events.Dalian,the core city of Liaoning coastal economic belt,has long been praised as "the hometown of swimming","the city of football" and "the hometown of track and field".In the development of mass sports,Dalian has always been in the leading position.In recent years,the participation of mass sports is increasing and people attach more and more importance to mass sports events.With such topics as "no national health,no national well-off society" and "healthy China 2030" widely concerned by the society,the people's demand for sports keeps growing,and the scale expansion of mass sports events and the expansion of the number of participants have become the focus of the development of mass sports in Dalian.Under such an era background,the inclusive development,which is regarded as the systematic development of the scientific concept of development,has become the theoretical basis and practical guidance for the development of mass sports events in Dalian,so that more people can benefit from the development of the games,benefit the people and share the results.In this paper,using the method of literature review,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,and the methods of on-the-spot investigation method,collecting and organizing the Dalian nearly five years of the mass sports related data and information,which relate to the host,the propaganda of the event,the event service guarantee,the crowd of basic situation and so on.After sorting and analyzing the data,it is found that there are still many unbalanced and inadequate problems in the development of mass sports events in Dalian.According to the study,the distribution of site facilities between regions and projects is unbalanced.The positioning and setting of mass sports events do not match;There is an imbalance between the competition funds and the competition demand;The publicity of the event did not give full play to the role of media;Insufficient provision of public servicesfor mass sports events;The mass sports events do not take into account the differences in the types of participants.On the basis of clarifying the purpose of inclusive development of mass sports events,this paper proposes three models of inclusive development of mass sports in Dalian: coastal development model,road development model and mountain development model.Considering the actual situation of Dalian and the prominent problems existing in the development process of mass sports events in Dalian,and based on the concept of inclusive development,this paper proposes corresponding realization paths: equalization of regional venues and facilities,and improvement of the utilization rate of venues and facilities;Rationally optimize the project layout and enrich the project categories;To enrich the sources of funds and share the economic development of the event;Innovation and inclusion of new media to expand publicity coverage;Improve the competition public service system and create an equal competition environment;Fully respect the individual needs of participants,increase the participation rate of the masses.
