| Higher education is an important symbol of a nation development level and potential.In order to build a strong country in higher education,we must adhere to the principle of "putting people first",run higher education well,and put talent training at the center.And in the personnel training,must condense the popular feeling,the consummation personality,the development manpower,raises the talented person,benefits the people committee work goal,increases the knowledge diligently,enriches the knowledge,unceasingly seeks the truth,understands the truth,knows the truth,enhances own knowledge level.If we want to improve the quality of college students' education,the key lies in the students' own learning.In order to stimulate the positive initiative of college students in the new era,the state,university administrators,teachers and other incentive subjects have adopted a variety of incentive measures.However,its effect on students' learning motivation is not satisfactory,and it cannot give full play to the positive effect of educational motivation.Therefore,it is necessary to investigate and study the current situation of the learning motivation of college students in the new era.In order to understand the current situation of educational motivation of college students'learning motivation in the new era,nine subordinate universities in Shaanxi Province were selected as the survey objects,and the current situation of educational motivation of college students' learning motivation was investigated.This paper analyzes the effect of the current educational motivation on the learning motivation of college students in the new era.The results show that there is still a lot of room to improve the educational incentive effect of learning motivation for college students in our country at present,and the optimal effect of incentive is not brought into play.It is mainly manifested in the lack of initiative in the process of educational incentive to the motivation of learning motivation,the lack of innovation in the concept of educational incentive to the motivation of learning motivation,the lack of systematicness in the mode of educational incentive to the motivation of learning motivation,the lack of diversity in the method of educational incentive to the motivation of learning motivation,etc.The reasons for these problems are also diversified,including the social and economic development and the influence of the big data network era,the lack of cognition of the incentive effect of the imperfect educational incentive mechanism in colleges and universities,the low interest of the family in the study of adult college students,and the individual's need for motivation and the different degree of self-motivation.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to put forward various strategies for optimizing the educational incentive practice of college students' learning motivation in the new era.So that the effect of motivation on learning motivation can last longer,so as to promote the positive effect of educational motivation,and finally achieve the purpose of motivation to ensure and improve the quality of college students' education in the new era,and maximize the development of college students' learning motivation in the new era. |
