This article attempts to use classroom ethics as the starting point,selects some primary school teachers and students(grades 3-6)in Hefei as samples,then uses in-depth interviews,classroom observations,questionnaires and other methods to conduct classroom ethics and self-reflection study.The thesis is divided into four parts:First,the age appeal of elementary teachers' classroom ethics.Cultivating the professional ethical spirit of teachers is not only the need to implement the fundamental task of Lideshu people,but also the requirement of practicing the "four-orientation" good teacher standard in the new era.At present,teacher ethics education has risen from the traditional sense of professional ethics to the requirements of professional ethics,and classroom ethics is an important content of its professional ethics.Because some external rigid requirements of the system specifications are often difficult to internalize teachers' conscious actions,especially in the construction of "Internet + education","smart school",and "smart classroom",teaching must be promoted if it is to return to the classroom education Teachers 'professional ethical spirit,improve teachers' moral education literacy and professional ethics level,so as to guide the majority of teachers to moral integrity,moral education,moral education,moral education.Second,the elements of elementary school teachers' classroom ethics.This article focuses on explaining the constituent elements of teachers' classroom ethics from five aspects: the ethical awareness of education concepts,the ethical intervention of teaching content,the ethical care of classroom management,the ethical emotion of teacher language,and the ethical penetration of teaching evaluation.Third,the investigation and analysis of elementary school teachers' classroom ethics.The current lack of ethics in the classroom is still worrying,for example,the concept of education is not advanced enough,the attitude of professionalism is not correct,the management method is not democratic,the teacher's speech is anomie,and the evaluation method is single.The lack of ethical spirit not only affects the quality of classroom teaching,but also affects the responsibility of teachers' education.Fourth,the self-reflection of elementary school teachers' self-reflection in classroom ethics.In order to build a classroom full of humanistic care,and to promote teachers 'ethics in the classroom,it mainly reflects the ethics of educational concepts,the humanity of teaching content,the education of classroom management,the emotion of teachers' language and the evaluation of teaching evaluation.Comprehensiveness and other aspects should be completed to boost teachers' ethical spirit in the classroom and achieve the purpose of curriculum education.
