College management team is an important part of the faculty and staff,it plays an important role in the development and reform of the school operation.The management level and professional quality of this team have a profound influence on the direction of the school's strategic goals and the overall development level.On the one hand,the environment of the administrative team in colleges and universities is to serve the environment of colleges and universities with strong academic atmosphere.On the other hand,the management team of colleges and universities is subject to the external policies,systems,assessment and other factors under the administrative system of our country.The promotion and personal ability will also affect the overall stability and development of their teams.Therefore,building a professional and high-quality management team is an important guarantee for colleges and universities to implement development and reform strategies,and training development is an effective way to realize and enhance the specialization of university management teams.This paper takes the management team of newly-established undergraduate universities as the object,analyzes the S universities as the sample,and conducts research and analysis on the training and development of the management team through questionnaires,seminars,etc..Through the characteristics of ordinary colleges and universities,University management teams,training and development,learning organization theory,and Maslow's needs analysis theory,the progress and status quo in the development of management team training in colleges and universities at home and abroad are summarized,and S colleges and universities in New universities are targeted.This paper analyzes the current situation,existing problems and reasons of training and development of new college administrators,and puts forward some suggestions and methods to solve these problems.This paper is logically divided into six parts.It follows the line of "put forward problems--analyze problems--solve problems" and proposes targeted solutions and reference opinions on the basis of practical and tight theory.It provides a reference for the theoretical research and practice of training and development of new college administrators.
