An important symbol of a country's development level and potential lies in the level of higher education,and the first priority of higher education is personnel training.At present,along with the promotion of the measures of deepening the reform of higher education,the quality of talent training and the quality of teaching in higher education have been widely concerned by people from all walks of life.Ili Normal University is located in Yining City,the capital of Ili Kazak Autonomous Prefecture.It is an important base for the training and training of basic education teachers in Xinjiang,Important sources of talent for economic and social development.Therefore,the cultivation of talents must achieve high political quality and solid basic knowledge.The cultivation of high-quality talents requires rigorous teaching process and management,The improvement of classroom teaching quality directly affects the competitive-ness of colleges and universities and the training quality of talents.The evaluation of classroom teaching quality is a multi-factor and multi-level comprehensive problem,In the process of evaluation,the weight of each index,the grade of evaluation,the age,gender,professional title and the nature of curriculum of teachers may affect the results of evaluation of teaching quality,How to evaluate teaching quality scientifically and objectively has always been the core of teaching quality evaluation.By consulting literature,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the research background and status quo of the current classroom teaching quality evaluation system,and briefly introduces the theoretical knowledge of factor analysis,entropy value method and optimal set method,and improves the defects of factor analysis in practice,Construct the evaluation model of teachers' classroom teaching quality.The article selects the data of 71 teachers of Yili Normal University as the sample,With the help of statistical software,the data of 15 teaching quality evaluation indexes were preprocessed by factor analysis.Three comprehensive indexes were obtained,and the entropy value method and coefficient of variation were used to weight the three comprehensive indexes.Finally,using ANOVA to find out other factors that have influence on teaching quality,such as grade evaluation,age,gender,title and nature of the curriculum,under the same index system,a new teaching evaluation model is constructed by combining the optimal set theory,it can weaken the influencing factors of teaching evaluation and confirm the excellent performance of teachers in some indicators.To face up to the shortcomings of some index analysis,it is convenient to make a reasonable improvement plan and realize the promotion of teaching and learning by evaluation.Therefore,this study hascertain reference value for the follow-up study of school teaching quality.
