Discourse Construction Analysis Of News Reports Under The Change Of Birth Policy

Population has always been a major concern,involving economic,political and social development.Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,China's population problem has undergone a gradual transformation from overpopulation and great economic pressure to shortage of social labor force and serious aging.In order to prevent and solve these problems,China's family planning policy has been constantly adjusted.In view of this situation,this paper compares the reports of the same media on different media platforms during the adjustment of the family planning policy,and analyzes how the media spread the policy in the overlap of the old and new policies,and how the policy affects the expression of the media.This paper uses content analysis and discourse analysis,the family planning policy shift during the People's Daily and People's Daily microblog report text explicit information and implicit information analysis and comparison,mainly shows the family planning policy adjustment to the medium mirror,comb media content and expression,and to explore the laws of media discourse transformation.In addition,this paper also selects two cases with distinct characteristics for analysis,and compares the impact of the adjustment of family planning policy on media expression.Through the research,the author found that the domestic media are obviously forward-looking and have a certain degree of autonomy.In the potential direction of policy change,they may "surpass" the current policy,put forward exploratory opinions and Suggestions,and influence the policy adjustment.Also obeys the present policy,coordinates the policy propaganda.Whether in newspapers or micro-blogs,the media often introduce topics through "other people's words" to hint their own attitudes,exert a subtle influence on the audience,carry out policy communication,and enable the public to make the choice the media wants.Among them,paper media are more authoritative and dare to define their own attitudes,introduce topics from the viewpoints of experts and scholars,and form a top-down one-way communication paradigm with obvious intentions.The microblog platform is more social,selectively presenting social facts,forming a two-way communication communication platform,hiding the intention in the content.
