Since the official release of the document "Chinese Students' Development of Core Literacy ",the teaching reform based on core literacy in China has begun to enter the practical period.With the deepening of the country's comprehensive reform and the implementation of the fundamental task of "building up a person by virtue" in the subject of physical education,the cultivation of the core accomplishment of physical education has become the focus and focus of the development of physical education in China.In the teaching of Wushu,the basic skill of Wushu is an indispensable link in the teaching of Wushu,and it is a continuation and feedback of cultivating students to learn and use traditional Wushu,which can reflect the independence of students A process of learning ability thinking and guiding students to perceive Chinese martial arts traditional culture.This study is based on the perspective of sports core literacy,using literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method for the level of third and fifth grade students "martial arts basic skills" teaching design.The following conclusions were drawn:(1)In the current martial arts teaching,students generally have low interest in the basic skills of martial arts,lack of independent thinking and practical ability,often only passive learning,can not really play the role of basic skills of martial arts.Secondly,the present situation of teachers' teaching is more emphasis on mechanical imitation,weakening the cultivation of analytical ability,neglecting students' subjectivity,making students breed tired of learning,and seriously hindering students' independent development.Through the arrangement and analysis of the above problems,combined with the martial arts teaching design,the author puts forward the targeted teaching strategies,including the optimization of teaching environment,the mobilization of classroom atmosphere,and the teaching model The application of style provides a good reference for later martial arts teaching.(2)According to the current learning situation of the learners,we should pay attention to the creation of situation and the connection between Wushu culture and life world in the design of "Wushu basic skills ";teachers should pay attention to the effective cultivation of students' innovative spirit of self-inquiry into the core consciousness of physical education in teaching objectives;guide students to improve their own quality as the core of physical education teaching in the teaching process;at the same time,combine with the specific teaching process and environment,select the best teaching resources to effectively implement the cultivation of students' core quality of physical education;and in the design of teaching evaluation,use a variety of ways to measure the gap between the expected goal and results in this teaching activity.(3)The implementation of the teaching design of "basic skills of martial arts" can effectively improve students' understanding,learning and interest in martial arts.In addition,the satisfaction of learning and the participation of activities in the martial arts classroom are more satisfactory than those in the previous examination.Finally,it also promotes the development of students' comprehensive quality.(4)Through the analysis of the teaching design and optimization strategy of "Wushu basic skills ",it is concluded that Wushu teaching should design diversified evaluation methods from the perspective of physical education core literacy,strengthen the guidance and cultivation of students' core literacy,strengthen Wushu teaching design and improve the teaching quality of courses,and pay full attention to the all-round development of students and promote social adaptability.
