The fourth plenary session of the 19 th central committee of the communist party of China put forward that "to develop an advanced socialist culture and extensively pool the people's spiritual strength is the profound support for the modernization of the country's governance system and capacity." Culture is one of the important attributes of ideology.The guiding position of ideology must be consolidated by culture itself.Cultural self-confidence is the foundation of national self-reliance and the spiritual source of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The report of the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China points out that there is a fundamental consistency between strengthening ideological construction and strengthening cultural self-confidence.On the one hand,culture is the most effective form of presenting the powerful power of theory.The interpretation and dissemination of ideology cannot be separated from cultural carrier.Culture is the important soil where ideology can take root and grow.On the other hand,ideology is the core issue of cultural self-confidence,which determines the way and direction of cultural development.In the new era,strengthening cultural self-confidence and promoting cultural self-confidence into ideological education in colleges and universities are of great and deep enlightenment to resist the infiltration of various cultural forms of ideology,enhance the appeal and appeal of ideology,and firmly grasp the leadership,dominant power and discourse power of college ideology.The first part,on the one hand,carries on the detailed discussion on the cultural self-confidence,explains its connotation,the characteristic and the source;On the other hand,it systematically analyzes the related concepts of ideology,from connotation to characteristics to its function.The second part analyzes the internal logic of ideological education in colleges and universities from the perspective of cultural self-confidence.Through the clarification of the relationship between the two,we can grasp the inner logic of the literary confidence and the college ideology more clearly,so as to better combine and form the resultant force of ideological education.The third part,based on the new era,demonstrates the reality and inevitability of cultural self-confidence into the ideological education in colleges and universities.Reality comes from the dilemma faced by ideological education in colleges anduniversities,especially the challenge brought by cultural infiltration.Inevitability is the result that cultural confidence provides new impetus for ideological education in colleges and universities.The fourth part,based on awesome grasp of the above relations,from the perspective of cultural self-confidence,proposes countermeasures to consolidate the discourse power of Ideological Education in Colleges and universities,from the commanding heights of ideological discourse power of colleges and universities,enhancing the critical thinking,explanatory power and supply of mainstream ideology education,promoting the cultivation of cultural self-confidence and University consciousness education,and in the same direction,in depth,the university ideological education is further expanded.The cultural basis of education and the building of ideological education team with cultural self-confidence in the new era are firmly grasped in five aspects.
