At present,China is in the dual transformation stage of economy and system. As a new force to realize independent innovation,high-tech enterprises play an important role in accelerating the adjustment of industrial structure and enhancing national competitiveness. Its dual innovation has been widely concerned. However,in recent years, with the rapid development of science and technology, the continuous change of the external environment, and the shorter and shorter innovation cycle, the development of China's high-tech enterprises has brought great challenges.China's high-tech enterprises urgently need to acquire heterogeneous resources, improve the efficiency of innovation resource utilization, and carry out dual innovation.Although some enterprises obtain effective information and resources by building a wide range of social networks through social ties, they are also faced with the problem of resource scarcity and low utilization rate of innovative resources. Therefore, how to make full use of the social relations among enterprises, how to fully obtain and efficiently use resources to meet the innovation needs, how to carry out independent dual innovation, and how to alleviate the resource constraints have become an important problem to be solved.Based on this, according to the theory of social network and source bricolage, this paper comprehensively analyzes the research contents of social ties, resource bricolage, environmental dynamics, dual innovation and so on.Social ties is divided into three dimensions: business ties, political ties and research ties.Dual innovation is divided into two dimensions: exploratory innovation and exploitary innovation.By analyzing the relationship among social ties, resource bricolage, environmental dynamics and dual innovation, this paper constructs a conceptual model of social connection-resource bricolage-dual innovation, and takes environmental dynamics as a regulating variable to explore whether environmental dynamics has a regulating effect in the relationship between resource bricolage and dual innovation. The results show that:(1)Political ties, commercial ties have positive promoting effect on exploratory innovation,R & D ties and exploratory innovation have inverted U-shaped relationship, and the influence of commercial ties on exploratory innovation is greater than that of political ties. Each dimension of social ties has a positive role in promoting exploitary innovation.(2)Social ties is conducive to enterprise resource bricolage, and the impact of business ties on resource bricolage is greater than that of political ties and R & D ties.(3)Resource bricolage plays a positive role in promoting dual innovation of high-tech enterprises.(4)Resource bricolage plays an intermediary role between social ties and exploratory innovation, and between social ties and exploitary innovation.(5)Environmental dynamics has no moderating effect between resource bricolage and exploratory innovation, but has a negative moderating effect between resource bricolage and exploitary innovation. Finally, according to the research results,we can provide the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the high-tech enterprises to obtain and use resources effectively and promote dual innovation.
