From the micro-level of education, individuals spend time and money to receive education, and obtain higher private returns in the form of money in the labor market, which is manifested on the one hand as the accumulation of personal wealth and on the other hand as non-monetary income.Non-monetary benefits not only exist in the educated, they also have spillover effects widely. This paper is dedicated to studying the educational spillover effects of women in poverty-stricken areas under the background that women's human capital has not yet been fully developed, and the nature of poverty in China has undergone a major change, and women's development has become increasingly important.First of all,on the basis of combing the literature at home and abroad, this paper based on the externality theory, endogenous growth theory and family decision theory, from a theoretical perspective defines the spillover effects of women education, and reveals the three main ways of female education overflow, through optimization decision-making,family cultural capital accumulation and enhance social interaction to female education spillover effect into full play.Secondly, under the guidance of externality theory and endogenous growth theory, this paper explores the spillover mechanism of female education, and proposes hypotheses :(1)the higher the level of rural women's education, the greater the chance of finding a suitable spouse, the higher the possibility of their spouse to work in non-agricultural fields, and thus has a positive impact on income;(2)the improvement of rural women's education level has an impact on both the "quality" and "quantity" of children.(3)the improvement of rural women's education level has a positive impact on the health behaviors of family members.(4)the improvement of rural women's education level has a positive impact on family social interaction.Thirdly,m-logit and OLS models were constructed, and DWH method was used to check whether there were endogenous problems, and 2SLS was used to solve the endogenous problems,so as to verify the hypothesis.Fourth, put forward policy Suggestions for the development of female education in poor areas. The results show that: first, the improvement of rural women's education level affects their spouse's behavior of choosing a job, improves the probability of their spouse's non-farmemployment,and the monthly income of their spouse also increases.Second, rural women "number" of their children by the education level have influence, the number of children present inverted u-shaped relationship, and rural women by the education level of ascension and children education investment of their children by education level have positive influence, rural women "quality" of their children by the education level produce positive influence;Thirdly, the improvement of women's education level has a positive effect on the health behavior of the family, and the health level of the family members will also be improved.Fourth, women's higher education level has a significant positive impact on their family social interaction.
