As an important part of the core literacy of chemistry, model cognition refers to learners 'understanding and understanding of material models and theoretical models on the one hand;on the other hand, model cognition refers to learners' observation, analysis, reasoning and generalization of research objects,Combing the key elements contained in it,constructing a thinking framework on the basis of analyzing the correlation between key elements, and further forming a cognitive model, and using this model to explain the cognitive process of other chemical principles.Electrochemistry is one of the important content topics of high school chemistry. It is highly theoretical, has many abstract concepts, and the topics involved are live and new.Related problem solving often requires simultaneous redox and conservation methods, which is very comprehensive.,Leading to major obstacles for students in the learning process of this topic. In view of this, this study attempts to carry out a round of review on the subject of electrochemistry in senior three through strengthening the teaching of model cognition,to help students sort out the core content of the topic of electrochemistry, further establish a reasonable electrochemical model and apply it in practice, and improve the efficiency of the review of electrochemistry At the same time improve the students' model cognitive literacy level. This study adopts the literature analysis method, interview method,paper-and-pencil test method, practical research method, etc. The research process mainly includes three parts:(1)consult a large number of literature materials to understand the research on model cognition and the teaching strategy of electrochemical review in senior three,Discuss the feasibility of promoting the efficiency of the review of electrochemical topics based on model cognition;(2)Build learning diagnostic tools, compile test papers and interview outlines, and understand the learning situation and existing problems of students on electrochemical topics through tests and interviews;(3)Set up experimental classes and control classes, design and implement a round of review teaching experiments on the subject of electrochemistry based on model cognition, and test the effectiveness of teaching to strengthen model cognition through testing to further form research conclusions. The results of the study show that after reviewing the teaching of electrochemical topics with enhanced model cognition, students in the experimental class have made significant progress compared with students in the control class on the topic of electrochemical topics. The ability is generally higher than that of the students in the control class, indicating that the review strategy of strengthening model cognition can effectively improve the review efficiency of the electrochemical topic, overall improve the student's cognitive level of the electrochemical topic, and can effectively improve the model recognition level of the student. In addition, when reviewing the special knowledge of electrochemistry, there are significant differences between students of different academic levels, and the difference between students of different genders is not significant, and it is found that whether to adapt to the "model" thinking and model application practical ability is where the students' specialization of electrochemical specialization occurs.Based on the above conclusions, this study puts forward the following teaching suggestions: First,it is recommended that teachers try to apply the "model" method to the review of electrochemical topics in teaching, improve the ability to solve electrochemical problems, and further enhance the core quality of the discipline; It is recommended that teachers pay attention to the differences of students in teaching and pay attention to the combing and strengthening of basic knowledge.
