Having autonomous learning ability is the most basic skill that human beings can learn for life.The development of students' autonomous learning ability is also a concern in schools and society.The most important way to develop students' autonomous learning ability is reading.Mathematics learning occupies a large proportion in the whole learning process of people,from the current education of mathematics learning in the classroom can only learn the superficial,in order to learn mathematics more in-depth things and students have to study independently after class,so the improvement of mathematics reading ability is also a very important link in the learning process.The main contents of this thesis are as follows: The first grade students' knowledge,attitude,motivation,attitude,habit and meta cognition of mathematics reading are investigated by questionnaire.According to the survey to explore ways to improve students' reading ability in mathematics.Next through the questionnaire content and the contrast experiment method to determine the concept definition and the explored method is reasonable and effective.There are three parts about the current situation of students' reading ability: The first part analyzes the existing conclusions by means of literature analysis,compiles“The questionnaire of the first grade mathematics reading status “and selects the first grade students to carry on the test.The first grade students' cognition,attitude,motivation,interest attitude,habit and meta cognition about mathematics reading are obtained.The second part is based on the conclusion of the questionnaire to give the definition of the concept of mathematical reading and to formulate a solution to the current situation of junior high school students' mathematics reading ability.and whether the testing method is effective and the concept is reasonable by comparing the experimental research and the Math Reading Ability Test Volume;The third part determines the results of the analysis,through some school teachers and junior highschool students interview,class,evaluation and other activities to identify the results of the experiment is reasonable and effective.The study concluded that:1.The concept of mathematical reading is clearly defined,and mathematical reading is divided into four dimensions: step by step,With the deepening of the dimension,the greater the impact on students' reading ability.2.At present,the mathematics reading ability of junior high school students is weak,more than half of the students and teachers don't know enough about math reading,don't pay attention to it,and have a single motivation(just to get high marks in the exam)and no interest,no good reading habits.3.Students can develop their reading ability in mathematics :(1)About students:Make students realize what math reading is,promote students' interest in mathematics reading,develop students' ability to extract mathematical information in mathematics reading,and train students' knowledge network construction according to concept division;(2),About teachers:according to the division of mathematics reading concept,purposefully,clearly set an example to stimulate students' interest in mathematics reading,more classroom to students,out of textbooks,to build knowledge network.Through the investigation and research of the first grade students' mathematics reading ability,the paper puts forward the training strategy to improve the students' mathematics reading ability,which provides some reference for teachers' teaching.It can better cultivate students' reading ability of mathematics so as to cultivate students' autonomous learning ability.
