Private education in China is a force that cannot be ignored in promoting education reform.Compared with developed countries,its development is still in its infancy.It will have a positive effect on the healthy development of private education in China to deeply understand the development status of private education,analyze its development predicament and put forward corresponding countermeasures.As an important period for students to lay a solid cultural foundation,cultivate their core qualities and establish a correct world view and values,it is the expectation of the whole society that every student can enjoy high-quality education.In view of the imbalance of educational resources in China,cooperative education can realize the sharing of high-quality resources to a certain extent.In the field of private education,cooperative education is also a new model to promote the development of private education.HY middle school in B city is a high school jointly run by HS No.1 high school and H Education Investment Co.,Ltd.of B city under the guidance of the people's government of B city.It has been running for a short time but achieved remarkable results,which was officially inaugurated in 2017.This paper adopts the methods of literature research and investigation research,makes a detailed analysis of the effect of cooperative school and the main problems in the development on the basis of the introduction of the basic situation of HY middle school.It is mainly reflected in the following five aspects: rapid social recognition,resource sharing,effective implementation of moral education,rapid development of teachers,standardization of teaching process management,extension of brand effect and radiation of educational resources.At the same time,it analyzes the main problems existing in the development of the school,for example,weak inter-regional school-running communication,supervision and management,insufficient structure,ability and stability of teachers,large span of enrollment selection,high tuition,imperfect internal management system and system,and complex and intensive working environment for teachers.In view of these problems,the author integrates the experience of other schools,combined with HY high school's own situation and put forward some suggestions and countermeasures.First,it will improve relevant government policies and provide concrete support.Second,it establishes a long-term cooperation mechanism to highlight the characteristics of school running.Third,it strengthens the teacher exchange and training and creates a sustainable development of teachers.The fourth is to equip a professional recruitment team to ensure the rationalization of students.Fifth,it improves the internal supervision mechanism of teaching quality to ensure the quality of education.Sixth,it explores a variety of channels and actively raises funds for school.
