Under the guideline of the single academic style of the College Entrance, The society looks down on the vocational education but puts a high premium on the general education. So all the high school cultivate students thought a single academic path, such as S high school.It is found that there exists many problems in S high school, such as in recent years, college entrance rate severely falling downhill; entering college without advantages, professional choice without aim; low study enthusiasm and high drop-out rates; low satisfaction of parents with S high school; bringing the security risk to society and so on. There are external reasons and internal reasons about the problems. External ones:the bad influence of the exam-oriented education; the local government No active guide and support about the development of S high school; society evaluating school in a single way:college entrance rates. Internal factors:poor-quality students; a single cultivating mode; a utilitarian concept in running school. In 2014,the proposal of New classified College Entrance system has not only brought S high school a new reform, but also created a broader development road for students. Students can either become skilled workers or become academic talents. How can the weak high school create their own characteristics under the guidance of the new college entrance examination system, prompting the students with good development in these two areas. Regarding Gardner Multiple Intelligence theory as the guidance, combining with the specific circumstances and realistic background of S high school,The cultivating model of general education linking with vocational education will match S high school better. The cultivating model of general education linking with vocational education not only emphasize on the basic cultural lessons but also offer vocational courses.How do S high school launch the effective cultivating model of general education linking with vocational education? Taking the actual situation into consideration and combining the research of the successful school with the cultivating model of general education linking with vocational education, at first, S high school forms the concept of general education linking with vocational education, with small pace and largely proclaiming. During the mature period of the reform, S high school offers four kinds of development roads for students:the academic college entrance, the technical college entrance, technique promotion entrance, graduation employment. About the courses and Teaching, S high school should strive to construct diverse curriculum, carry out the stratify teaching, emphasis on learning foundation of students, and offer a full range of high-quality guidance services for students. National government should earnestly establish development policies and specific action plans. The local government should support schools from the policy and finance aspects, announce the concept of general education linking with vocational education,and urge local people to take vocational education seriously.
