With information age coming, information technology has been widely applied in the field of education, which has opened up a new teaching mode of cross-space cooperation--live broadcasting video distance teaching in full-time high school(hereinafter: remote live teaching),and it aims at promoting the diversified and balanced development of education.Remote live teaching is to show the classroom teaching of the live school to the remote school through information technology, and at the same time the remote students can participate in live teaching activities,so it can also be referred to as "live in different places".What's more it is of great significance to the improvement of teaching level in ethnic minority areas, because remote live teaching is free from space restrictions and can share the high-quality educational resources in elite schools with ethnic minority areas.Ethnic regions generally cooperate with famous universities, which improves the teaching level in ethnic regions. In this paper,Remote live geography teaching in Liangshan high school is taken as the research object, and use Sichuan Ganluo middle school's application of geographical di stance live broadcasting in Chengdu No.7 high school as a specific case. This paper uses obser vation method, document method, interview method and questionnaire survey to analyse the f eature of the remote live high school geography teaching, the real teaching effect and explore the problem of live teaching and its reason.Last feasible measures are put forward to better promote the development of remote live geography teaching.Through the research of high school geography remote broadcast teaching, the following conclusions are drawn.(1)According to the survey, both teachers and students believe that high school geography remote broadcast teaching has prominent advantages, which confirms the teachingeffect. Most teachers think that the long-distance live teaching can share high-quality teaching resources, learn advanced teaching concepts, enrich professional knowledge and improve teaching ability. However, most students think that it will take them a long time to adapt to the geographical live broadcasting teaching.Though through geographical live broadcasting teaching, they can broaden their vision, stimulate their learning morale, and improve their independent learning ability and academic performance, yet the effect is not very significant.Besides, the shortcomings of geographical remote broadcast teaching mainly include less interaction between teachers and students, large classroom capacity and fast teaching speed.(2)Through the investigation of teachers and students,it is found that there are some problems in high school geography live broadcast teaching, such as the weak role of teachers, insufficient school supervision and management, little classroom interaction and students' difficulty in adapting to the teaching content. The first reason is that students are not interested in geography study, their study habits are poor, and their learning foundation is relatively poor.Second, the distal teachers' role positioning is vague, most of distal teachers don't know how to be remote teachers;Third, the school does not have the scientific management method.(3)In view of the above problems, the author proposes the following solutions to the remote schools and teachers:enhance the communication and interaction in the geographical live teaching;Geography teachers should adapt to diversified roles and change their teaching methods, strengthen the guidance of students' learning methods and help students adapt to the teaching content of geographical live broadcasting;Schools should strengthen the supervision and management of live teaching.
