In the process of mathematics learning,it is inevitable to make error.Through the daily correction,errors can not be effectively reduced or eliminated,on the contrary,with the continuous emergence and accumulation of error,students' enthusiasm for mathematics learning gradually decreases,and the confidence of mathematics learning is gradually lost.Therefore,it is of great significance for teachers to guide the error management of students,specifically,by instructing students to make full use of error,teachers can transform the error into students' tailor-made and generative mathematics learning resources,so as to help students improve the structure of mathematics knowledge,form good mathematics learning habits and improve the efficiency of mathematics learning.Through cooperation with first-line teachers,this study try to effectively solve the problem of primary school students' mathematical error management through the guidance of teachers,explore the guiding strategies of primary school students' mathematical error problem management,and promote the professional growth of first-line teachers.The research follows the whole way of literature combing,frame construction,current situation investigation,research action and summing up reflection.First of all,on the basis of knowledge management theory,the study constructs the analysis framework of error management,clears the essence and content,process and conditions of error management,and then establish the framework model of guidance of primary school students' mathematical error management.Secondly,on the basis of previous studies,we compile the outline of teacher-student interviews,draw up the analysis table of the error book,enter the research site to investigate the current situation of the management of mathematical error of primary school students,and clarify the practical problems.On the basis of theoretical framework construction and analysis of practical problems,this study carried out two rounds of teaching actions in the experimental class,which were strictly in accordance with the process model of "plan-action-observation-reflection ",in order to promote the effective improvement of students' attitude towards error management concept,the scientific development ofstudents' error management activities,and the active creation of the supporting environment for error management.After the action,the researcher compared the changes of students' achievement and behavior attitude before and after the action by means of test,interview and analysis of error book,and found that the awareness of wrong problem management of primary school students was improved,the behavior of error management of primary school students was improved significantly,and the supervision of error management of primary school students was obtained and the academic achievement of the primary school students in mathematics was generally improved.Through the refinement of teacher's guidance experience in the course of research,the relevant conclusions of action research are drawn: improving the cognitive attitude of students' error management is the prerequisite for guiding,perfecting the process method of students' error management is the key for guiding,and creating the support environment of student error management is the guarantee for guiding.
