The policy of vocational education is a series of action guidelines that the party and the state have formulated to promote the development of Vocational Education in a certain period of time.Studying the evolution of the policy of Vocational Education in China since the founding of the people's Republic of China70 years ago will help us to clarify the evolution of the policy of Vocational Education in China,help us to look forward to the formulation of the policy of Vocational Education in the future,and help to promote the modernization and transformation of vocational education Development.This paper takes the vocational education policy text of 70 years since the founding of new China as the research object.It involves secondary vocational colleges and higher vocational colleges horizontally,and covers the educational objectives,curriculum,teaching content and other contents of Vocational Colleges vertically.With the core policy as the key point,by interpreting the core policy text of vocational education,the main problems to be solved and the results achieved.The main body is divided into the following six parts:The first part: first of all,explain the reason of choosing the topic.The purpose of studying the evolution of vocational education policy in the 70 years since the founding of new China is to sort out the development process of vocational education policy,clarify the specific situation of vocational education policy in different historical periods,and summarize and analyze the development of vocational education policy in theory.Secondly,looking forward to the formulation of future vocational education policies,promoting vocational education policies can better meet the development of vocational education and society.Thirdly,the core concepts involved in this paper are defined.Moreover,analyze the domestic and foreign current situation related to this study,and clarify the research ideas and research directions by combing the domestic and foreign research status.Finally,a research plan is made to explain the research objectives,significance,content and key problems to be solved.The second part: the review of China's vocational education policy.Based on the social development since the founding of the people's Republic of China and the policies that have a significant impact on the development of vocational education,this paper classifies the development history of Vocational Education in the past 70 years into five parts: initial exploration,recovery and reconstruction,reform and innovation,steady development and transformation and development.This paper analyzes the important influence of vocational education policies on the development of vocational education by combing and analyzing the formulation background,core content,problems and important achievements of vocational education policies in different periods,so as to provide ideas for promoting the modernization of vocational education and solving the problems existing in vocational education.The third part: the factors restricting the development of vocational education policy.This paper analyzes the policy,economy,culture and vocational education itself.This paper studies the influence of the government on the development of vocational education policy after the establishment of service-oriented management mode and macro-control function mode,the relationship between economic development and the development of vocational education policy,the influence of the spirit of "big country craftsman" and the thought of lifelong vocational education on the development of Vocational Education policy,and the influence of the development of vocational education itself on the development of vocational education policy.The fourth part: the characteristics of the development of vocational education policy in China.Since the founding of the people's Republic of China 70 years ago,China's vocational education policy has developed rapidly,showing the following characteristics: the vocational education policy promotes the position of vocational education gradually,the goal and direction of the vocational education policy is gradually clear,the vocational education policy-making changes from focusing on quantity to pursuing quality.The fifth part: the problems faced by China's vocational education policy.In the new era,there are new problems in vocational education policies,which are mainly manifested in the need to improve personnel training policies,deepen school enterprise cooperation policies,and improve funding policies.The analysis of these problems can help us to recognize the problems and lay a good foundation for solving them.The sixth part: looking forward to the future.Through the review of the evolution of vocational education policy,we can understand the historical background,core content,problems and important achievements of vocational education policy-making in China.This provides the basis and foundation for the formulation of vocational education policy in the future.The development of vocational education policy must conform to the background of the development of the times,take the problems to be solved in this period as the core of policy-making,and take solving problems as the goal to continuously promote the better development of vocational education.
