Contemporary college students have strong willingness and ability to express opinions on social issues on the Internet,but the content and form of these opinions varies in quality.It is important for college educators to respond to them.Meanwhile,in the face of the deficiency of actual response work,it is necessary to study the response to college students' online opinions on social issues so as to effectively improve the response quality and enhance the effect of ideological and political education.As an organic part of the ideological and political education system in colleges,the response to college students' online opinions is undertaken by educators in colleges,and consists of four links: collection,analysis,implementation and feedback.This work is of great significance for improving the ideological quality of students,developing ideological and political education,contributing to the continuous progress of society,and protecting the network environment.However,there are still some shortcomings in selection of response object,analysis of opinions,use of educational methods and modes of information transmission.These problems result from defects in awareness of response attributes,coordination of response team and abilities of response subject.To this end,college educators need to effectively carry out response work from three dimensions: combining education and self-education to build a response team with all kinds of educators;tracking the development of public opinion and coordinating the response process throughout;give consideration to both mainstream and tributary response to construct response arrangement in an all-round way with online and offline education carriers.In order to improve the effectiveness of response work in colleges,the ideological and political education in colleges is taken as a research perspective;and then,the concept of “Three Full-education” is used to guide the response work,and both negative and positive opinions are included into the response object,etc.Finally,promote the response to college students' online opinions on social issues to be better carried out by integrating three elements of human,time and space.
