The key to a good ideological and political course lies in the teachers of the ideological and political theory course in that they bear the mission and responsibility of the times to cast souls and educate people.Teachers' morality of the ideological and political theory course not only affects the realization of the students' “three views”,but also affects the formation of their own beliefs and ideals.With the great attention of the Party Central Committee,the construction of teachers' ethics in ideological and political theory courses has achieved fruitful results and a political teacher team has been formed who are credible,respectable,reliable,cheerful,daring and promising.However,in the process of social transformation,in the face of the impact of various wrong values,a small number of ideological and political theory teachers have fallen into a certain degree of value confusion,manifested as a weak sense of social responsibility and a weak self-discipline.This has had a negative impact on the overall image of the entire team of ideological and political theory teachers in universities.Therefore,we urgently need to conduct in-depth research on the issue of teachers' moral construction in college ideological and political theory courses and then propose specific paths for teachers' moral construction in ideological and political theory courses in universities.This article is mainly divided into four chapters.The first chapter is introduction which presents background of topic selection,significance of the topic and research ideas and methods of the thesis in detail.The second chapter is theoretical explanation of teachers' moral construction in ideological and political courses in the new era which starts first from definitions of meanings of teachers' morality,basic content of teacher morality in colleges and universities,meanings and characteristics of teachers' morality in ideological and political lessons and meanings and goals of teachers' morality in ideological and political lessons in colleges.Then,the constituent elements and measuring indicators of teachers' morality in ideological and political education are introduced.Finally,significance of teachers' morality in ideological and political education in new era is explained.The third chapter is a realistic review of present state of teachers 'morality and the predicament of teachers' morality construction in ideological and political theory course in the new era.This chapter is mainly about analyses of problems and reasons of teachers' morality and teachers' morality construction.The fourth chapter is the path of teachers' moral construction in ideological and political theory courses in the new era.Itmainly researches from four aspects which includes strengthening consciousness: educating students to establish moral virtues;system guarantee: improving long-term mechanism for the construction of teacher morality;resource utilization: absorbing rich and typical materials of teacher morality;creating an environment: fostering noble and excellent teacher morality.
