According to the national planning and social development,the current and future period will be the key period to comprehensively promote the revitalization and development of Liaoning's old industrial base.With the transformation of national economic construction,Liaoning Province also follows the pace of adjustment and transformation.In the process of transformation,relevant talents have played a huge role.Liaoning Province,as a traditional heavy industry base,has a unique advantage in attracting talents,but it also has a disadvantage that can not be underestimated for its backward technological innovation.As the cradle of cultivating talents for Liaoning Province,colleges and universities in Liaoning Province play an important role in the process of economic transformation.Therefore,it is necessary to study how to improve the number of college students in Liaoning Province to work in Liaoning Province after graduation.Through the research methods of consulting materials and comparative analysis,this paper carefully combs the problems existing in the employment process of university graduates in Liaoning Province,mainly including: the imbalance of employment number among cities in Liaoning Province,the large gap;the number of students from other provinces who stay in Liaoning after graduation is less;the employment situation of different disciplines in Liaoning Province has a large gap,and some professional students After graduation,most of them flow to other provinces for employment;as an old industrial base in China,Liaoning Province has a relatively large proportion of the secondary industry in the industrial structure,but the ability to attract graduates to the secondary industry for employment is insufficient.At the same time,this paper analyzes the main causes of the problems in detail,which are as follows: the employment related policies issued by Liaoning Province are not flexible and the implementation process is complex;compared with other provinces and cities,the policy support to attract talents is relatively small;the industrial layout is still dominated by heavy industry,and the speed of industrial transformation and upgrading is relatively slow;the level of post salary in Liaoning Province is relatively low,and the university graduation iscomplicated Life lacks attraction.Finally,in view of the above problems,this paper puts forward countermeasures to solve the problems from four aspects: the government adjusts the enrollment and employment policies,optimizes the industrial structure in the province,the school adjusts the discipline setting,and strengthens the employment guidance.
