Preschool education is the beginning of lifelong learning.It is an important part of the national education system,and it is also an important social public welfare.Due to the particularity of kindergarten teachers' work,the assessment of kindergarten teachers is different from that of teachers in the compulsory stage.In this study,the teachers of two public kindergartens in Liaoyang City were investigated and evaluated.On the basis of reading literature and interviews,a questionnaire on Teachers' satisfaction of assessment and evaluation in public kindergartens in Liaoyang was compiled.By using the methods of literature research,questionnaire,interview and statistical analysis,this paper investigates two public kindergartens(J kindergarten and s Kindergarten)in Liaoyang,to find out the satisfaction degree of teachers for assessment and evaluation.Through interviews,the factors of assessment and evaluation are sorted out,and the four dimensions of assessment and evaluation of kindergarten teachers are determined under the guidance of tutors.Based on the questionnaire results statistics,SPSSAU is used for data analysis,mainly descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis,variance analysis,to understand the satisfaction of teachers to assessment and evaluation and the satisfaction of demographic variables to assessment and evaluation of teachers Impact.The problems in the assessment and evaluation of kindergarten teachers in Liaoyang are: the content of assessment and evaluation is out of line with the times;the quantitative scoring standard is fuzzy;the process is lack of supervision and opaque;the result feedback is not in place;the invalid participation of assessment subjects.Based on the above problems,the countermeasures and suggestions are: dynamic adjustment of assessment and evaluation content;democratic and open assessment and evaluation process;multi-channel feedback of assessment and evaluation results;positive publicity of assessment and evaluation.
