In recent years,with the development of society and the advancement of human scientific civilization,core literacy has been paid more and more attention.It follows that more and more researchers put their emphasis on the research of core literacy.The new round of high school mathematics curriculum reform emphasizes the cultivation of students' core literacy in mathematics.As one of the six major qualities of mathematics core literacy,data analysis literacy should be paid attention to.Firstly,this paper has done some sorting and analysis on the relevant research backgrounds of the data analysis core literacy and statistics teaching at home and abroad through the method of literature research,and defined the concept of data analysis.On this basis,I have established the theoretical analysis framework of data analysis literacy.Secondly,after studying the new curriculum standard and teaching materials,through questionnaires,test papers,interviews and other survey methods,this paper investigate the current status of data analysis literacy of some high school students in a certain city,teachers' awareness of core literacy,and the problems that teachers have in developing students' data analysis literacy in statistical teaching.Finally,based on the core literacy of data analysis,some constructive teaching suggestions are put forward for high school mathematics statistics teaching.Through the investigation and test of high school students' data analysis literacy,it is concluded that:(1)At present,the overall level of high school students' data analysis literacy is low,and students do not pay enough attention to statistical knowledge;(2)The students' learning attitude towards the knowledge of statistics is not positive enough and their learning interest is weak;(3)The students have a strong interest in after-school practical activities but lack practical experience;(4)The students are unfamiliar with information technology related to data analysis.Through the communication and interviews with the first-line mathematics teachers in high school,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The teachers have not pay enough attention to the cultivation of students' data analysis literacy in statistics teaching;(2)The teaching method of statistics teaching is relatively simple and lacks innovation;(3)The teachers neglect the cultivation of students' practical ability in teaching;(4)Lack of auxiliary teaching of information technology in the classroom.In view of the problems in high school statistics revealed by the survey,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)Strengthen understanding and raise the importance of statistical knowledge;(2)Citing examples and combining the actual situation in life to make teaching lively;(3)Design practical activities to enable students to go through the whole process of systematic data analysis;(4)Strengthen the use of computer technology,so that students can experience the charm of combining modern science and technology with statistical knowledge.
