In recent years,the rapid development of higher vocational education in China hasaccounted for "half". But due to a late start and no can draw lessons from the experienceof reason, management has not yet been formed vocational characteristics, which remainsto imitate the school system in colleges and universities largely. These problems affectedthe inhibition or healthy development of higher vocational education in a certain extent.Innovative vocational education management mode and build a new vocational educationsystem which adapt to economic and social development,it is an important topic of China’svocational education determines the future and destiny.Higher vocational education abroad has entered a mature stage, while China is still inits infancy. Found in management philosophy, management tools, management system,management system, management culture, there are still many problems. To analyze thecauses of these problems, that is the short history, management does not pay attention, lessmanagement research, management practices shallow. Under the current circumstances,we must study and develop vocational colleges higher management innovation strategy.First of all, innovation on the management philosophy of higher vocational colleges,including people-oriented philosophy, business philosophy and brand concept; secondly,optimizing management methods vocational colleges, vocational colleges to achieve theinstitutionalization of management tools, information and diversification; the third,improve the management system of higher vocational colleges, specifically in theconstruction of the institutional system and standardize the system of procedures;again, asound management system of higher vocational colleges, especially the decision-makingmechanism, incentive mechanism and restriction mechanism; finally, strive to fostervocational colleges management culture, material cultural, spiritual culture, behaviorculture and system culture of innovation.Article uses the literature, theory gained valuable reference and technical supportfrom the latest research results at home and abroad; using causal analysis, analysis ofvocational colleges in the management problems and its causes, predict the future direction and trajectory in the management of higher vocational colleges; using fieldsurvey method to obtain typical cases and comprehensive statistics; using the comparativemethod, analogy and induction different modes of domestic and internal management ofhigher vocational colleges, lessons learned, identify gaps; expert interviews, consult theexperts in order to ensure the successful completion of the thesis.
