| In recent years,the reform of college physical education is in full swing.Shuttlecock as one of the minority sports has a long history of development.Although through the baptism of long years,but still maintain a strong vitality.Because of its unique charm in sports form,it is accepted and loved by people and has a solid mass foundation.Shuttlecock,as the carrier of national culture,is of great significance to the promotion of national culture and the cultivation of college students' national feelings,especially in national colleges and universities.Undoubtedly,it is of high theoretical value to discuss the integration of sports with national characteristics into physical education and enrich the content system of college physical education courses.At the same time,due to the more types of shuttlecock movements,the large number of movements and the limitation of class hours and credits of college physical education courses,it is of high practical value to select representative movements with great exercise value,form organic course content,and conduct empirical analysis on the implementation of course content.Based on this,this paper adopts the methods of data presentation,questionnaire survey,expert interview,experiment,Delphi method,mathematical statistics and other research methods to construct indicators and conduct empirical research on the content of shuttlecock special elective courses in national universities.This paper draws the following conclusions:First,national colleges and universities are suitable for carrying out shuttlecock special elective course,which is of great significance for enriching the curriculum system and carrying out characteristic education for students.Second,the content index system of shuttlecock special elective course in national colleges and universities includes 2 first-level indexes and 6 second-level indexes.Among them,the first level indexes are the technology of seeking and the technology without ball respectively.Secondary indicators mainly include serve,serve,block and other technical actions.Third,students have a high degree of recognition of the content of shuttlecock special elective course and a high degree of acceptance of the content taught by teachers.Fourthly,the elective course of shuttlecock in national colleges and universities can exercise students to a certain extent and improve their physical quality.This paper proposes the following Suggestions:First,colleges and universities can adopt the content of shuttlecock course determined in this paper to design their own shuttlecock special option courses.Secondly,curriculum design should be based on students' physical condition and local characteristics.Third,the conditions are ripe,the appropriate number of teaching hours,consolidate the skills and master more difficult shuttlecock skills.Fourth,students can organize shuttlecock performance from time to time toeffectively promote shuttlecock technology and popularize shuttlecock optional course content.Fifth,regular shuttlecock competitions among universities can promote the popularity of shuttlecock in universities.Sixth,when choosing the course content of shuttlecock,the number of shuttlecock movements can be determined according to the class hours,students' situation and venue. |
