With the publication of the standard of high school biology curriculum(2017edition),the roots of biological core literacy have become one of the research hotspots in the field of biology education.As a tool to measure the core literacy of students' biology,the test questions are exceptionally prepared.important.The open question is that in a real situation,students can find a variety of problem solving paths through different perspectives,or obtain test results with different results.Therefore,the open question is an important question type for measuring students' different thinking,critical thinking and scientific thinking.This article is divided into eight chapters.The first part is the introduction.This part introduces the background and research issues of the research,the purpose and significance of the research,and the content and methods of the research.The first chapter mainly records the relevant overview of open questions,including the connotation of open questions,analyzes the understanding of the definition of open questions in the fields of chemistry,mathematics,physics,etc.,summarizes the essential attributes of open biology questions,and clarifies the openness.The characteristics,type and value of the question.The second chapter mainly introduces the research on open-ended research at home and abroad.On the one hand,it introduces the characteristics and value of PISA in the preparation of open biology questions.On the other hand,it studies the curriculum standards of biology in China and elaborates on the practical fulfillment of biological core literacy.The specific requirements for implementation,and the understanding of the open questions at home and abroad were compared and summarized.The third chapter mainly elaborates the main points of the preparation of open test questions,including the process of test design,the principle of test preparation,and the technical method of test quality assurance.The fourth chapter mainly introduces the formulation of the scoring standard of open biology in middle school,that is,based on the SOLO classification theory,the scoring standard based on the graded scoring method is formulated.The fifth chapter mainly introduces the open biology questions of the middle school,which has been designed by the author.A total ofthree copies have been designed.Each test paper has been designed with 4-5 questions.An anchor question is set between each test paper to identify different students.Differences in grades mainly come from student differences or from test questions.The sixth chapter mainly clarifies the results of this test paper.Through the test data,it analyzes the overall performance level of students,the performance level of students' subject ability,and the differences between test questions and students,and draws conclusions.The seventh chapter mainly introduces the open question as a tool to measure the quality of teaching.The analysis of the measurement result will eventually be reversed to the teaching.Therefore,the author puts forward some thoughts on the back-to-teaching of the research results in this part.Suggest.The eighth chapter mainly introduces the research situation and summary of this paper,and puts forward the inadequacies of this research,and also puts forward the prospect for further research in the future.
