Novels are popular among high school students because of their various characters and moving plots.But at present,as an important part of Chinese reading teaching in high school,the teaching of novels is not optimistic.On the one hand,teachers label the interpretation of novels,ignore the details of the text,and rely heavily on teaching reference materials,leading to stale and boring classroom teaching content.On the other hand,the current novel teaching model is short of Chinese flavor,lack of literary flavor,routine template.These problems in the teaching contents and methods of high school novels can not only make the teaching of novels fail to reach the expected goal,but also make students feel dull and even bored.Text close reading,as a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of works with strong operability,has been introduced into the high school Chinese novel reading teaching by many scholars and front-line teachers with the advancement of the new curriculum reform,and has become an effective method to solve the above problems.However,there are few researches on the combination of close reading and novel teaching in high school.This paper tries to do some research in this aspect,hoping to help improve the current situation of novel teaching in high school.The main contents of this paper are as follows:The introduction mainly introduces the origin,current situation,significance,object and method of this research.The first chapter introduces the theory of close reading in detail,from the origin of close reading to the theory of close reading in today's China,and puts forward the connotation of close reading in the context of Chinese teaching.This paper introduces the present situation of the teaching of high school novels,sorts out the situation of selecting and compiling novels in the Chinese teaching materials of high school for people's education edition,and analyzes the important position of the teaching of novels in the teaching of high school Chinese.At the same time,it also points out some problems that need to be solved in the teaching content and teaching methods.Chapter two combines the close reading with the teaching of high school novels andputs forward some strategies of close reading in the teaching of high school novels.Including teachers to read the novel environment,read the characters and read the novel narrative mode.On the basis of the research of excellent teaching design and teaching record,the third chapter puts forward some strategies for the teaching method of the close reading of texts in the teaching of high school novels by referring to the results of others and combining with my own thinking,including the question guidance method,comparative reading teaching method and articulation method,and combining the case study of the close reading of texts of famous teachers.
