Mathematics reading is an important way to improve students' mathematics ability.At present,the research on Teaching Strategies of mathematics reading is not easy to operate;the research on psychological mechanism of mathematics reading lacks empirical evidence;and the research on curriculum development of mathematics reading is relatively inadequate.In view of the development of students' mathematics reading ability in seventh grade,this paper designs thematic courses of mathematics reading and carries out experiments.Research.This experimental study is divided into two parts.The first part defines the concept of "mathematics reading" through literature research.Based on thematic teaching theory,combined with Bloom's classification of educational objectives,PISA 2018 text processing dimension description,and the curriculum content of Compulsory Education Mathematics Curriculum Standards(2011edition),the classification table of teaching objectives of mathematics reading is designed.In the second part,experimental research is carried out in two stages:In the first stage,specific subject curriculum design is carried out,including five aspects: subject type,teaching plan,teaching objectives,teaching design and evaluation methods.In the second stage,on the one hand,two classes are randomly selected to conduct comparative teaching experiments;on the other hand,in the classes teaching mathematics reading course,some students are selected hierarchically for evaluation and tracking.The following conclusions are drawn from the experimental study:(1)Mathematics reading subject course is very helpful to improve the logical reasoning ability,model recognition ability,language symbol transformation ability,self-management ability and information screening ability of seventh grade students.(2)The subject course of mathematics reading is very helpful to the improvement of mathematics test level of seventh grade students.(3)For the subject course of mathematics reading,teaching objectives are determined through knowledge dimension and cognitive dimension.Mathematics readingability is decomposed into specific operational teaching objectives to make the development of mathematics reading ability "visualized".Finally,the teaching suggestions for the development of mathematics reading ability are given.
