| For modern enterprises,the competition between them is ultimately the competition of talents.With the rapid development of economy,the 21 st century has officially entered the era of knowledge economy.The role of talents has become more and more important in this context.In the process of daily management,more and more enterprises are aware of the importance of personnel,because employees are important to enterprises.In other words,the core human capital,if the enterprise can give full play to the strengths of employees and maximize their potential,it can achieve the maximization of the value of corporate interests.Therefore,it is very important for enterprises to cultivate highly dedicated employees,because the level of employee engagement is positively related to the good development of enterprises.As far as the present situation is concerned,most of the knowledge-based employees in enterprises are not dedicated enough.In order to effectively improve work efficiency,the ultimate goal is to solve their own problems.Therefore,many enterprises at home and abroad have put forward a lot of solutions to improve employee engagement,and made a lot of efforts,but the effect is not very obvious.Research shows that engagement refers to employees' involvement in their work and roles.Gallup believes that engagement is closely related to many internal indicators of enterprises,such as employee performance,profit margin and productivity.At the same time,engagement can predict some output variables of enterprises,such as employee performance,customer satisfaction and corporate profits.Run and so on.This research is based on consulting a large number of documents about engagement,drawing on advanced views and theories of engagement at home and abroad,taking F training school as the research object,analyzing and studying the problems of employee engagement in this school,taking Gallup Q12 theory as the theoretical basis of this study,and combining the actual situation of F school,taking the whole school as the research object.By comparing the average employee engagement of F Education Group and F Training School,we can find out the gap and problems,and then find out the solutions to improve employee engagement.This paper mainly consists of three parts.Firstly,it analyses the general environment in which the relationship between the level of engagement and the sustainable development of enterprises exists.By means of literature research and questionnaire survey,it makes an analysis and Research on the relevant theories of employee engagement.Secondly,it uses Gallup Q12 to average the employee engagement of the whole F training school.A total of 150 data were collected,148 of which were valid.Then the data collected were further analyzed and studied by SPSS19.0 and EXCEL.The results of the study proved the rationality and feasibility of the engagement research model described in this paper.At the same time,many factors affecting employee engagement were analyzed,including salary and salary,future jobs.The development prospects of the industry,the fundamental nature and characteristics of the work;third,based on the previous study,to improve employee engagement to propose effective solutions.This paper takes F training school as the research object,uses Gallup Q12 research method to analyze the situation of employee engagement,finds out some problems in the organizational atmosphere through analysis,and puts forward many constructive solutions to these problems.As an important part of the engagement research system,these schemes are how to improve employees for training enterprises.Work engagement,job satisfaction and the prevention of staff turnover have laid a good theoretical foundation. |
