After nearly 30 years' development,the graduate education of professional degree in China has become the main growth point of postgraduate education and an important breakthrough in the reform of postgraduate education.In recent years,"surrounding the demand and improving the quality" is the theme and main line of the reform and development of graduate education.To deepen the reform of professional degree education,we should change from the quantity and scale to the quality of education and the characteristic brand.In Inner Mongolia professional degree postgraduate education started lately,but developed rapidly.Now it has entered a stage of rapid development.Up to now,the category of professional degree has increased to 34,and the absolute scale and relative scale of professional degree graduate students have been expanding,which has realized the situation that professional degree and academic degree are equal.However,the quality of education of Inner Mongolia professional degree graduate students has not reached the expected goal of training applied high-level professionals.Therefore,it is necessary to studythe quality of postgraduate education in Inner Mongolia under this situation.This paper,taking the quality of Inner Mongolia professional degree education as the research object.Through the method of questionnaire and interview investigation,this paper makes an in-depth investigation and analysis on the graduate education of professional degree in universities of Inner Mongolia,and reveals that the quality of students in Inner Mongolia professional degree graduate education has the quality of origin and the training goal.There are many problems in location,curriculum teaching,tutor team building,practice link and graduation examination.And from four aspects of concept,education department,University and society,this paper expounds the main causes of the problem of the quality of the graduate education in Inner Mongolia,and then puts forward the countermeasures to improve the quality of the graduate education of Inner Mongolia professional degree from the following aspects,including the establishment of a correct educational concept about professional degree,promoting professional degree graduate educational reform and overall management actively,to achieve the whole process of education,school-enterprise cooperation and win-win cooperation.Some valuable references are hoped to provide for improving the quality of postgraduate education in Inner Mongolia.
