Writing teaching and reading teaching are closely related.A large number of teaching practice has proved that reading is certainly good for writing."Taking the text as a model for writing and promoting writing by reading" is a strategy of combining the text,reading and writing.It closely links text learning with writing teaching while permeating the guidance of writing skills in reading classes which mainly focus on text learning,so that the text becomes a model for students' writing.As a result,it breaks the inefficient teaching mode that writing only happens in specialized writing classes,and lets the students get rid of the burden of writing.By analyzing the present situation of Chinese writing teaching in primary school,the paper puts forward the necessity and specific measures of fulfilling the "Taking the text as a model for writing and promoting writing by reading" teaching method in middle grades and senior grades of primary school,through the study of the Chinese textbook.The paper is divided into three parts.The introduction explains the background,related concepts of the topic and current research in reading teaching and writing teaching in primary school.The first chapter discusses the textbook basis for the implementation of the teaching method,making a special efforts to explore the combination points of reading and writing in Chinese book.Chapter two investigates the current situation of writing teaching in the form of questionnaire and expounds the practical significance and basic principles of the teaching method,based on the implementation results of it.The third chapter states the specific ways to implement the teaching method and divides the reading and writing combination points of the text into three categories: description,rhetoric and expression.The students can practice writing in the form of imitation writing,and present it in the form of small fragments.The epilogue of this paper points out that the teaching method can effectively solve the problem of how to teach writing and what to teach in the class.It reduces the difficulty of writing on one hand and is easy to be accepted by students on the other when implementing it step by step.
