More and more junior high school students' physical quality is declining.The main reason for the decline is that the amount of exercise is insufficient and there is no time to do sports.Among them,the extracurricular exercise is one of the main ways for junior high school students to exercise.In the fitness industry,for the office workers who do not have time to exercise,the use of high-intensity interval training is efficient and fast,which can improve their physical fitness in a short period of time,and the effect of improving their fitness is good.Therefore,the high-intensity interval training is brought into the inter class exercise to explore ways to improve the fitness of junior high school students.In this study,90 junior high school students were intervened for 8 weeks(two natural classes,one class was the experimental group,45 in total,20 boys and 25 girls,the other class was the control group,45 in total,28 boys and 17 girls).The experimental group was prepared for HIIT,and the control group was intervened with traditional exercises.Before and after the intervention,all the subjects were measured for physical fitness BMI,height,weight and body fat were measured in body fitness related indexes;grip strength and push-up were measured in muscle fitness;vital capacity and step test were measured in cardiorespiratory endurance;forward flexion in sitting position was measured in flexibility fitness;10 meter turn back running was measured in sensitivity;eye closing and one foot standing was measured in balance;50 meter running was measured in speed;standing long jump was measured in explosive force;and feet falling was measured in response time.The differences of physical fitness indexes of junior high school students before and after the experiment were analyzed.Conclusion: After 8 weeks of experimental intervention,traditional and HIIT exercises have improved in body composition,cardiopulmonary endurance,muscle fitness,flexibility fitness,sensitivity,balance,speed and explosive force,and are better than the traditional exercises.Neither of the two groups has improved in response time.In the analysis of the influence on the physical fitness of male and female students,the improvement of the response time of girls,the body composition of boys and the explosive force of boys was more obvious in HIIT exercises.Suggestion: Junior high school students use HIIT to improve their physical fitness during the break. |
